Weirding Way Media ("we," "us," or "the network") operates weirdingwaymedia.com and its affiliated show pages ("the site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Newsletter sign-up: your email address, and any preferences you select, when you subscribe to The Weirding Wire.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message when you write to us.
• Automatically collected data: standard analytics information (pages visited, browser type, approximate location from IP address) when you browse the site, and only after you accept analytics in the cookie notice.
• Third-party platforms: if you listen through Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or another platform, that platform's own privacy policy governs what they collect. We don't receive your listening data from them.

How we use it

• To send the newsletter you signed up for, and nothing else.
• To reply to messages you send us.
• To understand which shows and pages are getting traffic, so we can make better editorial and sponsorship decisions.
• We do not sell your email address or personal information to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a small number of cookies and similar storage for basic analytics and to remember your choices. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. Our cookie notice lists each one.

Who we share it with

Newsletter addresses are stored with our email service provider, MailerLite, which sends the newsletter on our behalf. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics. Spam protection on our forms is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. None of them may use your information for their own marketing.

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in every email, or on our unsubscribe page.
• Change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time from the cookie notice link in the footer.
