Good evening. The following feature has been rated R by the Motion Picture Association of America. It is intended for mature audiences and parental discretion is advised. Our nuclear reactor pumping out one million kilowatts of power. I am Dracula.

I bid you welcome. What's up, and welcome to Movie Meltdown. I am Brian. I am Misty. I'm Marlena.

And welcome to Movie Meltdown's I Gotta Rock Halloween special, so... I had bottle caps. They were awesome. I was trying to decide, you know, what sort of, you know, crazy, do we have another spooky option? The spooky special.

But I was like, eh. I got a rock. If anything sums this up, it's I got a rock. I had no idea what you guys were talking about. I think you know it now.

No, no, I do. I was hoping. I was like, what country are you born in? Jesus. Well, on that note, you know, we can't have our traditional situation without it.

Candy. Are we getting rocks? A big old bunch of rocks. Am I going to eat candy until I grow up again? Candy rocks?

Rock candy. Rock candy. I like how we deciphered this. It took a very long time. It's just regular candy.

And apples. Chocolate apples. Ooh, Hershey's. I love some milk chocolate ones. Was there Crackle in there?

I love Crackle. Ooh, Crackle. They did have Crackle. Ooh, can I have a Crackle, too? And then a dark chocolate one.

See how I'm beginning to think there's one that's purple? We did a special, dark special. Okay. Now take these away from me because I ate way too much food yesterday. Aw, damn it.

Take one of these. One of these. They can't be Halloween. Without candy corn. I love these little bowls.

My goal and my mission is that I have eaten candy corn every day thus far of October. Every day. What's your mission to have? Not just the candy corn. Are these Brock's or are these Kroger bread's?

No, I specifically went out of my way to get Brock's because the Kroger one looked nasty. But yeah, not only just the candy corns, but I love the little fucking mallard pumpkins. I don't know what the fuck they're called, but they're called mallard pumpkins. They're fucking delicious to me. I found out that I'm not the only one.

My stepdad has to eat them the exact same way. It's a procedure to eating the pumpkins. I thought it was just me, but apparently it's not. Does anybody else have this? I got somebody else eating it.

No. Do I have to eat the green part first and then eat it in, like, sections? Uh-huh. Not that I'm aware of. Maybe I put way too much thought into my candy.

No, some candy I'm like that too. Sometimes it's very much the texture of it and just the way that it, you know, collapses is my favorite. Well, when I eat Peeps, I have to peel off their eyeballs and stuff like that because those taste nasty. They're Peeps. The whole thing tastes nasty.

Yes, I learned that I'm not just the only one with a certain technique for the Mallard pumpkins. I love them damn pumpkins. And the chocolatey candy corns too. Like, if you get the autumn mix. I like the caramel apple ones.

Oh, those are disgusting. Yeah. I thought I could get used to them. I ate them for, like, a couple days. I'm like, maybe I can convince myself I like these.

No, I failed. They were disgusting each time. Although, it's not quite the same without the pumpkin-shaped Reese's. Yeah. Those are pricey.

What do you want? Well, they had the little ones, too, but the peanut butter to chocolate ratio is way up on those. Yeah. I think just the big ones. Like, the normal size.

I think the smaller ones are a little bit... They're... Because it's definitely noticeably different on the pumpkin-shaped versus regular Reese cups, but I don't know about the little one. It's okay. I'm going bike riding after this.

I'm going to eat all this candy. I'm not going to take a nap after this. That seems more right. Up our alley. I can't help it.

I sat in traffic for an hour and a fucking half to get here, so I'm going to eat my candy until I throw up, and then I'm going to go home and take a nap. I am not responsible for traffic. All right. Geek Week A. So anyway, this not only is our creepy, spooky...

No, we can't say spooktacular. That belongs to another show. Creeptacular? We'll get called out. Creeptacular, that's good, yeah.

So, yeah, aside from our spooky Halloween episode, it also coincidentally falls upon our epic 100th episode. Oh, you know what I meant to do? I meant to bring, like, little whirligigs that make noise and, like, little kazoos and stuff. Just improvise and make the sound effects. That was way wrong.

I don't know why I made that noise. Mine was even worse. When you talked about it. We usually... That's the opposite of what a kazoo sounds like.

We usually get more exciting stuff for what's the buzz than that. There you go. I don't know what that was. Wow. And this is before being hopped up on candy.

What are you talking about? You implied that I haven't had candy before. I got here. I'm saying that I'm responsible for whatever, you know, crack you do on your own time. Crack or candy corn, same thing.

Dude, seriously. Eat enough. Oh, man. I have a problem. Why would you do this to me?

You know I have a candy problem. Because it's a tradition. Oh, goodness. Now there's only three of us here and a shitload of candy, so yeah. No.

We're all going to throw up. Not my fault. Many of our other people have disappeared. I'm just trying to decide if, like, creepy Halloween monsters stole them away because, yeah, several other members of the party I just haven't heard from in a week, so I'm not really sure what to think. They're in a ditch.

Could be. There's caramel in these eyeballs. Holy shit. This one's peanut butter. There are four different options, I believe.

It's peanut butter. They're also different colored eyes. Isn't that just fucking fascinating? That's fudge. All right, we can transition on into this week's geek activities.

If we can control the wrappers away from the mic. All right, so as for mine, actually a couple of mines potentially cross into yours, so I'll leave those alone and see if you come to them, and I can add something on a few different activities, but... As far as what I've done other than that, the first one is horrific as far as I'm concerned. It will definitely fit in with the Halloween festivities, I guess, because I find it really sad more than anything. They're tearing down a piece of my childhood.

A huge chunk of my movie geekdom, actually. The whole early identity of my movie geekdom is now being leveled. they're again uh this i've known for a while this uh they're they're tearing down showcase cinemas which i mean it's been closed for years but still there was you know i would still pass by the building the the sign would still be there yeah it was still sort of there in my memory you know i i could still remember going there and seeing stuff but i knew it's been going to be sold off for years now and i figured they'd turn it into a terrible strip mall or something horrible but Now they've decided that it's better to sell the property if they just level it and sell it as nothing but property.

It was the first place I ever drove to in Louisville. Yep, because it was awesome. And it's funny looking at it. It is definitely the first era of multiplex kicked in with that. Right around that time, I'm sure every good-sized city started getting those.

So really, for people that are super hardcore purists for the old-school movie theaters... This is probably what they consider to be the downfall for them is when this sort of stuff kicked in. But I don't know. For me, it was still... It was still...

It's that middle ground area. It's, you know, it's not the horrible multiplexes that we have now, which, granted, they're all technically amazing and have stadium seating and all that bullshit, but, I mean, to me, this was, like... It was also huge. Like, it's the only screen that was that big in the entire city, and they still... I haven't been to the IMAX once here, I don't know, but even those are probably cheap IMAX, which most theaters have at this point.

So, yeah, it was just... It was amazing at the time to see stuff on a screen that was that big. And they had like three of them that were like 70 million or size that were just fucking huge to sit there and look at. So it really was like the birth of the movie geek. I saw Star Wars for the first time in that theater.

I went there when I was way too young and saw Aliens, you know, when they should have been carding me to see an R-rated movie. And they weren't. One more reason I kind of liked them there. So I don't know. It was just really, it was more of a, oh God. misty's doing vampire teeth with candy corn we didn't see that coming i.

Want to take a picture but i'm afraid it'll cause me to have nightmares. I'm sorry i interrupted you my sad story. Oh god you can't keep it too serious come on oh i know and that's the thing and i'm trying to yeah i found some sort of you know silver lining i suppose at the end of this so i went over there this week, because I was afraid they'd already done it, because they were showing stuff on the news, and they've already, like, the back of it is rubble at this point. They've started from the back and are moving forward, but I was like, at least. Can you bust in there and go steal shit?

Is there anything left to steal? Probably not much. Again, it's been, you know, dead for years now, so. But not not that you know i kind of do in my head i don't practically but in my head i would stockpile them for you know thousands of them anyway that's a whole different story but no i wanted to i mean actually like a while ago i was thinking we need to go there and take like photos even if i was just like hanging out there but now they fenced it off and you can't get there so i was like well i can at least go get a shot of the you know front of the building because it's still that's the thing for i mean granted it It wasn't, like, because I am still a fan of, like, the old school, really old theaters, which we had a few of that died.

Like, the Vogue and, you know, even Uptown when I was a kid was still around. So, we had, like, really cool old school, like, turn of the century theaters that I still, I liked. But I liked them, like, later when I was a little older and could appreciate them. But as a kid, like, what I went to to see movies was Showcase. And Showcase was, to look at it, I mean, it's a compound.

It's just a huge freaking building, right? But it still, especially the front part there, it had those little Art Deco touches to it. The lettering and everything still kind of looked like the era that it was made in. It was made probably early 70s. So it definitely reflected even that time period that is now long since past.

And they don't make stuff even like that anymore. But yeah, I went and took a few pictures of the front of it and just tried to get shots without the fence and the wrecking ball in the way. Did you cry? Not officially. I was just...

You cried on the inside. A little bit, yeah. I was just sad. And then I got to... They also had one of those freestanding big signs out in the front where they used to have the little slots and you'd actually hang the letters on it and stuff.

So there's always been a weird door underneath it. And I always kind of wondered... We used to walk past it and all that stuff as kids. I always kind of wondered what the hell was in there. So as I'm out there taking pictures, it's not even left open.

It's standing open. I'm like, okay. So I kind of peer in and I'm just waiting to see like random homeless dudes napping in there. Cause I mean, shit, that's where I go. It was dry.

It was covered. I would have moved in if I was them. So inside is actually, um, all the, I guess where I guess they stored all the letters and stuff. So I have a letter now. I'm pretty excited actually.

Well, I was like, Well, first of all, I didn't want to get in there too much. Granted, for a second I was like, I'm going to take them all, but what the fuck am I going to do with 10,000 letters that don't go on a sign that I don't have? You could totally do the whole wall from that. I would consider it, but that was the thing. I was like, I just need something.

What letter do you take? Is it a B? It's a B. I am Grandmaster B. I have to represent myself.

Because I'm an ecomaniac. But again, I was just looking around. I would have grabbed any, but there were enough there that was like, okay, that one. Were they flat ones or were they like the three-dimensional ones? They're awesome.

Do you want to see it? Yes. Okay, hold on. I got an M from the Vogue. Really?

Yes. Yes. I have a whole shitload of letters from the book. And I like a whole shitload. Oh, that's pretty cool.

It's pretty freaking awesome. They sell these at Urban Outfitters for money. For money? For a lot of money. But it has no....

Nostalgic tie to it yeah I have you know for me it now has sentimental value sad as it seems that this big plastic letter means something but you know in my mind you should. Hang it on the wall it would be awesome you should hang it on the door right behind you so that way whenever I look over there it would be right above your head and that way I never forget who. You are because you might otherwise. Dude I had so much sugar in my system right now I know I was just thinking like wow it's going to be really sentimental when I start puking up all this candy that I've. Eaten that's your own fault No, it isn't.

You know I have a problem with candy. I've had like a little bit of candy corn. I've controlled myself so far. Yeah, but we can't do that, dude. I'm telling you.

I had like 10 powdered sugar donuts for breakfast and now I've got all this candy. That's because you have issues. I do. I'm a fat kid. I'll tell you.

I ate so much yesterday, but I'll go into that a little bit later. But yeah, so today I woke up early and ran a whole bunch of And now I just ate a whole bunch of candy. I mean, I'm going to have to go run again. Your whole morning has been pointless and meaningless. Yay, this is an uplifting episode.

Anyway, back to your mobile story. That was the bulk of it, really, is that I scammed a letter off of there. I don't know, I was. Oh, she'll get letters for us now. I spelled my whole name.

I'm for it. All of it. Let's do it. I had to watch it. I mean, I was waiting for, again, I didn't want to hang out in there too long, because I really was expecting somebody to, like, creep out of the corner and be like, get out of my house!

And it would probably be somebody Marlena knew, and she would probably have a story about it. Oh, a funny story. This one time, Bob the Hobo. Yeah. So, yep, I claimed my B, and, you know, got the hell out of there.

But, yeah, it is kind of sad that... they're leveling what's left of what were sort of the even the semi-cool i mean that one got more and more mainstream and corporate and lame as the years went on i mean i don't even know who owned it when i was a kid but then it became national amusement so basically it was like every other theater across america and now even what was national amusements around here just got bought out by another company so it's all kind of bullshit at this point so. I guess I never went to that one that much. I went there a couple of times, but being from Indiana, we went to the dollar theater. And a lot more. I went through a couple of those.

One of which is still functional, but yeah, there was, there's another dollar theater that I went to almost as much that closed down years ago too. So it's, It's just sad, because that whole part of the movie-going experience is kind of dying anyway. There's not really any movie theaters left in this area. No, not. Even Village 8's like $ 4.

That's not a fucking dollar theater. That's a $ 4 fucking dollar theater. Or even the old ones. I mean, everything that's still up and running, aside from that one, I guess, has been in the last 10, 12 years. It's like they're all brand new theaters, so there's no history to your movie-going experience anymore.

Which is kind of sad, because for me, there's still so much allure to the old theaters that I really, I don't know, I kind of love those. I've had framed versions of these old theaters hanging up pretty much everywhere I've moved. I haven't gotten to this part yet. So yeah, I kind of really like the old theaters. So even to see this one, which was not, I don't know, it wasn't even as cool as those, but again, just such a huge part of my growing up, going to the movies, is it's now going to be, you know, rubble in the middle of a parking lot so that's kind of.

Sad i know the first movie that i remember seeing in a theater was what ernest goes to camp at the dollar theater with my grandma and aaron and we got in trouble imagine and we could not have ice cream later that night none of this surprises me at all yeah not so much is aaron your cousin that died yes one of one of your cousins that died yeah. Sad story i know stevie died too this is an uplifting episode anyway so. Story about aaron moon in a church that was pretty funny while it was going on and the pastor lady was like up there preaching her hellfire and stuff like that and aaron just walked up moon or like a teenager I'd say it was maybe 11, 12, if that. Awesome. But yeah, it was a small church, so I know she saw it.

And it's one thing if it's in a neighborhood that you wouldn't be recognized, but it was a small little fucking neighborhood. I'm like, there's no way she didn't know whose tiny white. Ass that was. Dude, seriously. That was a tiny church.

You pointed it out before. It was a room. Yeah, it's about the size of this room. Yep. Wow.

Good times. Well, there are church pews in this room. We could have a church if we wanted. Hallelujah. Only if I get to be tax exempt.

Yeah. Only if I get the money from the. Collection. The money tray. I don't go to church.

Fuck, I don't know what it's called. I'm a heathen. My sister's a priest. She knows this. We all know you're a heathen.

It's okay. So, okay, moving on from that. The only thing I really watched aside from this week's movie, I watched The Brothers Bloom. Which, have you seen that? I've seen that.

Yeah, it's pretty awesome. It's just... impressively put together really it's uh it's ryan johnson that directed it which i like what he's done so far anyway and then just visually it's impressive structurally the way he planned everything out is pretty impressive so it's yeah it's if you haven't seen it it'd be one i'd be willing to watch and discuss somewhere down the line so. I wanted to like it more than i did but it was still enjoyable that was kind of my thing. Boom boom oh god she's yeah she's awesome but yeah i mean i kind of had that i i i think I was more impressed with it than I was. I liked it.

You know, it's like that. I liked what he did, but then like story wise, it's pretty basic. Like it doesn't feel like it really totally delivers. It gives you three fourths of it, but you know, it's such a simple story. Otherwise it, which it seems like it would be super complicated with, you know, it's all about these grifters and you know, their whole crazy plot.

But really in the end, it's like, it's a very basic story going on. The plot just didn't, follow through so well and you know there was like a big twist at the end and it didn't have the impact that I felt that it should have. I wasn't even sure if that was a to be a twist i don't know i was just kind of like. It was confusing towards the end you're just like. What what are they doing now so yeah but again i give him more credit for just trying to do that much i mean he really took a lot in with that one and just Visually, it looks good.

I think, you know, him working in the music and just all the other aspects that come into it are actually more impressive than almost the finished product. So it's still definitely worth watching. That's the most of what I've done these past couple weeks. It's my turn? Sure.

All right, I only watched, me and Jay watched the movie. We watched Iron Man 2, which is honestly, which is way too fucking long. and there could have been parts that could have been cut, and that would involve any part that hit Gwyneth Paltrow's face. Or Scarlett Johansson, because she didn't do anything. I like Scarlett, though. She's hot.

I like her. I can at least watch her, but Gwyneth and her face, and she talks. Oh, my God, this table probably acts better than her, but it's just atrocious, her acting. I don't understand how she gets paid to do this. I love her in Royal Tenenbaums.

Yeah, I've never seen that movie. I really had a desire to, because I don't, didn't it have like the Wilsons in it, Owen Wilson, or whatever his face is with the jaw. Yeah, but he had a beard, so. I don't like beards. Yeah, I thought he was insanely hot with the beard, and then he shaved it, and I was like, aw.

He has his face, you want to like stick one of those plain sander things, and just like chisel some of that shit off. Yeah. I've thought that for a while, actually. But with the beard, he's like a. And while we're at it, can we find some, like, putty to fix up Owen's nose?

Because something ain't right there. You need to take a chisel and, like, a. They just need to visit a plastic surgeon. They need to have family visits to the plastic surgeon. So many celebrities.

You can get, like, family discounts if you go down there. So many celebrities that don't need plastic surgery get it, but you've got these two guys, which are kind of, you know, leading men, at least B-level celebrities, that, like, Both of them have really odd-looking faces. It's very strange. I mean, that's their signature, though. It is.

I understand it, but it's still weird that, like, some people go so far out of their way to change the way they look, even though they look fine, whereas you've got these guys that are pretty secure with themselves, really, and I guess I give them credit for that. They're just like, ah, fuck it. This is the way my nose looks. Start the movie. Who cares?

Yeah. But anyways, yeah, the movie just seemed too long to me. Iron Man, it was just so long, and... There was not enough Mickey Rourke in his crazy-ass shit. I love me some Mickey Rourke.

I don't know what the deal is. That's one of those. He had some plastic surgery. It's a big old fucking train wreck, but I kind of like him still. I'm pretty proud of him.

He's made it back. He's a bigger name to me now that he's all jacked up looking. He's probably getting bigger roles than he did even when he was popular. He was a pretty well-known actor back in the day, but he still wasn't really pulling in huge movies. I like when actors make big comebacks, and they're better than before.

Robert Downey Jr. is one of them, of course. He's very hit and miss with me. I like him in some things. Yeah, but you can't deny he's in every movie they put out. He's like an A-list.

He's like the top of the top, which is funny because he's so unattractive. He's such an asshole. And he was so down and out for years, like that middle part of his career. He was lucky to be on Ally McBeal. Yeah.

I mean, he was still kind of acting consistently, but it was all straight-to-DVD stuff and stuff that really was just kind of not impressive. And then all of a sudden, it just... back to the A-list. That's pretty impressive. But yeah, other than that, I didn't actually watch anything movie-wise. I've been going back.

I've been watching Gleeks. Apparently I fucking like it now. I've been drawn in. I can't help it. The fucking teacher's hot.

I can't help it. Mr. Schuster is fucking hot. He's babe. He is.

He's totally strong. The show's alright. I've Netflixed the first season, so I've been watching that. I like the way Emma dresses Or whatever her name is. Little red-haired teacher.

Yeah, being a redhead, she's okay. She doesn't have freckles. That makes her okay. Yeah, the way she dresses is so cute. She's pretty adorable.

But yeah, other than that, I didn't watch anything out of the ordinary. Just regular same old TV shit that I talk about every week. I'm not going to do that again. But other than that, yesterday I went to the Peddler's Mall and I bought the Hangman box edition that has Vincent Price on the box. It's pretty fucking awesome.

I still get points for IDing it while you were talking to me. You were like, oh, look, hang on a minute. I was like, is that the cool box with Vincent Price on it? Hell yeah, I got to buy that shit. And then I was pretty excited.

I bought me a original still on the package Ben Cooper gizmo costume like the plastic like the face mask you know it's like my 1984 so you have like a little plastic mask and the nice little rubbery costume that just has a picture of the character on it and makes you look like the character that's pretty excited i got that so And the lady at the checkout asked me, he's like, so I said, did you smell for probably? Because, you know, I'm a boyfriend and his kid's standing right there. And I just looked at her, me? Me. And she's like, oh.

It might fit. Shut up. It's a child size small. If I just stretch it a little bit, it'll be okay. I can allow on it.

You should have told her, like, no one. It's going on a shelf and no one's ever going to touch it. It's never coming out of the plastic ever. So if anybody needs one, let's see. They had the, uh.

The Bigfoot one was still there. It was still in the package. Wait a minute. I might need a Bigfoot. It was.

Like $ 15. $ 15, but it's still in the package. Is it a specific Bigfoot from something, or it's just a generalized? It's just a Ben Cooper's edition. Interesting. The box itself was cool because it had all the monsters on it.

It had the creature, and it had Wolfman, all of. Them on the packaging. I might need to go look for that. Yeah. And they had a Farrah Fawcett, too.

Wow. That's awesome. They had Farrah Fawcett and Barbie and Smurfette. Smurfette. I was sheer on one year, but I think we borrowed the mask, so I didn't get to keep it.

Bastard. Sadness. I would totally rock that on a regular basis if I still had it. I can see you sitting around the house watching TV. With it on.

There'd be tons of Facebook photos. There would be, totally. Me with the mask and the little sword. That was my Facebook picture for a while. It was me as a kid with the costume.

It was my costume that my grandma made for me. It didn't actually look like She-Ra's costume whatsoever. It involved Christmas garland, but that's okay. I had a few of those homemade costumes, some of which were awesome, some of which not exact. Well, your mom's forte was making specialty birthday cakes for you guys.

I've seen the pictures. I made you a Boba Fett one once out of pastel colors because we couldn't find the right colors. I made you a Day of the Dead cake once. Yes, both of these ones. And more excitingly, I know it's an update to some out there, I did in fact find my Dukes of Hazzard lunchbox, so yeah.

I know they were worried. I know, I'm telling you. I can call off the bounty that I had on my cousin's head that I thought they stole my lunchbox and sold it, but apparently it was at my mom's house the whole time. Too bad. We've already killed two of your cousins.

Sorry. Dude, seriously, she probably wouldn't even notice. There's so damn many of them. That's true. Does she even keep track of the names anymore?

Or are they just numbers? 7, 13, get over here. I don't know which ones are which, dude. I can't tell. They're all too fucking close.

I mean, Derek, Darren, Derek, Devin, Kevin, Carl. Yeah, just fuck that shit up. Come on now. And Maria. Oh, poor Maria.

Oh, goodness. Okay, I think that's all I have. Okay. Gosh, this is going to take forever. I have an insanely large geek week, because it's actually two weeks, because I wasn't here last week.

Okay, I've seen a lot of shows. Brian was there for this one. We saw Dark, Dark, Dark. Yep, that was one of mine. Which is a.

Really amazing band, but they had released a new CD that day, which I thought this was strange. Like, you don't play songs from your new CD because no one cares because no one's heard it. No, but that's how musicians are. It's all about the new music. You kind of don't want to play the old stuff, and then fans make you.

Yeah, I know. Exactly. Pissy fans are just like, play what I know, bitch. Well, I mean, it would have been okay. No, it would have been okay if they played like 50% new stuff and 50% old stuff.

And it's not old stuff. It's like they released an album like a year ago, you know? And it's not like they can't have shows in the future where people have had a chance to buy the album and listen to it. You should have bought it and then while those other bands were playing in the beginning and ran home and listened to it and then like. I just realized my little eyeball when it's taken out of its shell looks like the.

Looks like what? I don't remember what it's called. The Death Star? That's what I said, but I wanted to make sure I got it right. But yeah, if you look at it, it's tilted just right.

That's no moon. It has a little hole in it. I'm sorry. I'm interrupting everybody's geeky fun. That's okay.

But it was a good show, but everyone sat on the floor while it happened. Yeah, I was kind of weirded out by that. I've been to a lot of shows and I've never seen everybody sit down on the floor. I've seen one random weirdo off to the side maybe or up against the wall, but this was like... third grade assembly like everybody sat indian style it felt like. Children's story hour yeah it really made us all so sleepy we're just like.

Can't handle this i'm pretty sure it's how the one harry and the potter show we went to yeah. That's just because it was like 900 degrees and they were all passing out at that point but yeah hot in there this time no it was weird but they were yeah they're kind of impressive they're a very rich sounding band they have a lot of crazy instruments Layered over each other, so... All of their. I'll have to get you one of their older CDs, because it's more fast-paced and fun. They played, like, their slow...

Like, it just felt like Cat Power with accordions for, like, two hours. It was very moody, which is fine. That's usually what I like, is... creepy dark moody crap she. Has like one of the most she's just the most amazingly musically talented person i think i've ever seen in my life her voice is amazing she can play everything she can play piano she can play accordion she can play guitar. Or whatever you know she can pick anything up and play it.

And plus like She's so, like, adorably. Quirky and weird. She's dorky, let's face it. Yeah, she would, like, when no bands were playing, she wouldn't, like, you know, she didn't do the typical, like, run around and talk to people and be social. She, like, sat on the steps outside of the venue and read a book.

I was like, look how cute she is. I don't know, probably some, like, ridiculously pretentious book, but, I mean. Some sort of philosophy book. I bet it had big words in it, didn't it? Big words, no pictures.

Big words, but printed really small. Yeah. Fuckers. Not like an easy-to-read book like I like. No, like, choose your own adventure.

There was no. Choosing your own adventure in that one at all. There was no pop-up pages. Nietzsche says turn to page 131. Those are the kind of books I like to read.

Choose your own adventure philosophy. Choose your own philosophy. Choose your own way that your brain is jacked up. Oh. I've betrayed Russell's pop-up book.

That'd be amazing. But anyway, and then Friday, I went to see Eddie, The Empires. I was going to say something, but then I changed my mind. About him having pretty eyes? He's got very pretty eyes.

I was going to say it if that made it better. I was going to finish your thought. Huh? You told me I couldn't say that anymore. Ryan did?

No, you told me I couldn't say that anymore. Did I? Yes. Oh. Well, because you were worried about being creepy, and then I was like, well, just don't say it anymore.

You can still say it. I'm not worried about being creepy. Maybe you're worried about. Me being creepy. Maybe.

I don't know. Well, yeah, for people who haven't listened to every episode, an occasional co-host here, we've roped him in at least twice now. So sometimes we, you know, the downside is he's never in one city for more than one day. So unless he hits right at the right day, which is only the one time he's been playing here, on the day that we record, two times now. So, yeah.

But we always like having Eddie on. Yeah, Eddie's fun. He's a good guy. And he gave me a CD, which is nice. I want to borrow it.

Can I get a copy of it? No, I asked him. I was like, can I give this to Brian? He's like, yeah, make copies for all your friends. I don't care.

I already gave him money for a CD. Only I got the digital download. I'm moving into the 21st century. But, um.... Eddie's another one of those people that are very, that's very talented, of course, because now he has no drummer.

So it's just him singing, playing guitar and drumming at the same time. He's like, I can't walk and chew gum. I know it's like a one man band. That's amazing. And, uh, the other bands that played that night were really good.

Uh, I was with a friend and, uh, one of the opening acts was someone from Bloomington, which I think is where Eddie is from or where he lives at least. And, uh, The story started off was like, they're like, when I first met this guy, he was passed out by my car with his head under the tires. Sounds like one of your stories. This is, it was Damon. This is why we like worked for so long is because he had these kinds of stories and I had these kinds of stories.

Mine, his are way crazier than mine though. I mean, when I first met him, I thought he was a pathological liar just because his stories were so ridiculous, but they were true. All of them. Every single one of them. Yeah, because he probably has a death wish.

He's upset. Yeah. The really downside to his stories. Yeah. But, yeah, that was a good show.

And then the next day, I saw Poki Lafarge, who has my best friend, who hasn't had anything to do with this show, but you interviewed him for the magazine. I've considered seeing if he wants to watch some sort of crazy pokey movie. Yeah. If we ever talk to him. Will he be my best friend?

I hope so, because he is so handsome. My best friend in the whole wide world. His name I can hardly ever remember. Ryan. Yeah, I didn't realize that Ryan was in the band, actually.

And then it was like, Ryan on Harmonica or whatever. And I was like, oh, my God, it's Misty's best friend, Ryan. And then we haven't seen Ryan in almost five years. And he was like, oh, my God, I haven't seen you since that time you all came to St. Louis.

And it's just like... Dude, how did you remember? I thought you were drunk. I know. I had to call Misty and tell her because he told several people that Misty was his.

Best friend, even though we've only met him maybe three or four times. Is it even that many? It's like twice. Yeah, twice. We went to dinner with him once.

Did we? Was he there? Yeah, he was there. I don't remember. In Indianapolis.

Aw. Yeah, but my best friend is apparently not very memorable. You're going to make Ryan cry. I'm joking with, like, he don't listen to this show. What the fuck do I care?

You don't know. He doesn't have a computer. If he knew you were on here, he would be listening to this show because his best friend is on. He is my best friend. According to him.

Yes. I remember Ryan. Of course, I remember him being there. Yes. You didn't take a look on it.

And then Sunday I saw The Mystery of Irma Vip which was hilarious. Two actors playing like I don't know, a dozen characters each. It was funny. It was quippy. Ooh, there was this point in the play where they go to Egypt, and this, like, dead mummy princess comes out, and they all dance through her in Egyptian costumes.

It was so exciting. I was so happy. Did you join in? I wanted to, in my chair. I was like.

Yeah, it was awesome. Oh, and then afterwards, my friend and I, we went to a bar, and I met a guy who looked exactly like Heath Ledger. Exactly like Heath Ledger, but he was British. No, like a living Heath Ledger, but British. Not like a zombie Heath Ledger, because it would be awesome.

That would be pretty cool, too. Yeah, we were excited about that. And we didn't want to tell him to his face, because we're like, well, he probably gets that all the time. We don't want to give him a big head. Or make him OD.

Yeah. Or live near an Olsen. Yeah. Probably all those things. We're getting near Michelle Williams.

Ew. Never mind. I was going to rant about something, but that's okay. Fucking Michelle. They're casting her as fucking Marilyn Monroe in the new biopic.

Fucking Michelle Williams. Does she look anything like Marilyn Monroe? No, she doesn't fucking look anything like Marilyn Monroe. She's kind of frumpy. Yeah.

Very frumpy. She's not Marilyn Monroe. Marilyn Monroe was gorgeous. She was fucking one of the most beautiful women ever. And you're going to put fucking Michelle Williams?

Ugh! Fucker. Weird. Yeah, I'm on board for being angry, because I... Yeah, I've never been a big, huge fan of hers anyway, but...

I don't know. That definitely doesn't fit Marilyn at all. She doesn't have the right attitude. All right, I interrupted your story all over again. That's okay.

You know, I have all this stuff in my Geek Week, but it's not coming out as exciting. I'm just telling these stories, and they're not exciting or funny or anything like that. You're excited about them. I'm excited, but I'm... I'm excited for you.

Yeah. Normally, I can tell a story about... something stupid and it's maybe because there's only three of us here maybe and. Maybe it's because i'm tired but yeah and i went to harvest homecoming which nobody anywhere else other than southern indiana knows or gives a fuck what that is i'm. Sure basically every town has some version. Of basically it's this awesome festival where all these like boy scouts and like The masons and I don't know.

Crazy church groups. Whoever has a club or a church or group, AA people and stuff, they get together and they get a booth and they make food and it's delicious and it's awesome. Oh my god, I noticed. I found the best chicken and dumplings that were homemade. I was mad because there was no fucking bison chili.

Anybody is my friend on Facebook. No one will like me some bison chili. But there was no fucking chili. There was no chili whatsoever at the entire place. I was mad.

I had Cuban food. I got hugged by a random kid. I did not. I was distracted. I was eating my chicken and dumplings.

I was sitting on the ground. The dad walked by and said something about a tattoo. And I was talking and eating. And this little kid just walked over and hugged me. And I was like, okay.

Who lets their kid go up and hug a random stranger sitting in a dark alley by herself eating chicken and dumplings? Really? That's bad parenting. Stranger danger. Yeah, really.

I don't know. Was this related to the little girl that tried to attack me in that alley? That was a different time. That was the same place. We were sitting in that exact same place.

Apparently it draws the weirdos. Weird little kids. She's going to attack you with her butterfly wand or something. Yeah, they finally, and I said this while we were sitting there, it was like for years they've been selling these like giant inflatable swords and giant inflatable hammers for little boys to go beat the hell out of each other. And they like, they were missing this whole other half of the market of giant inflatable something for the girls.

So now they've made like some sort of giant butterfly thing. Butterfly on a stick. Yeah, but basically she was, and her brother had the other version. He had like a hammer or something, so they were just, she was using it the way any child would. They were hitting each other with it.

And she came after you, apparently. Did you look at her crossways? Well, bitch was moving in my personal space. So, yeah, she gave me this look like she was going to go after me. Then she did.

She kind of stepped up a little bit. I know. I was like, don't make me punch you, child. So, yeah, I did not hit the child in the alley. I did not pummel the child that hugged me.

I was just caught too unaware. I was just like, really? Did that just happen? I pummeled zero children in the last... I had to text people.

Like, dude, I just got hugged by a random kid. I had to call Brian. She did. I was just like, are you okay? Do you need counseling?

Yeah, I had to Facebook it as soon as I got home. Yeah, I know. I had to tell everybody. Make sure nobody... Nobody got hurt.

Yeah. This time. Scary. This time. If he'd been a redhead, it'd been all off.

But anyways. but um yeah so Harvest Homecoming and then what else did I do what else did I do oh not movie-related at. All, but I would like to get people's. Is there anything you've done? A lot of it is, like, entertainment-related. This is generalized geek week.

It's all good. Okay, so I would like to get people's opinions on this. I was riding my bike with a friend last Tuesday, I think it was. And we ride this path along the Ohio River on. The flood wall.

And there was this big black thing sitting in the road. Was it a man bear pig? It was a man bear pig? That's what I think it was. I'm dead serious.

Is there a spherical object or is it in the road? Yeah. But we rode past it. And I was like, what was that? Was that an animal?

And he was like, I don't know. I think it was. But it was real still. And then we ride past it again. And we see a deer standing really close to it.

Are they friends? I don't know. Did it become a Disney movie at this point? Yeah. I was like, but the thing in the road had moved.

It had been about 15 minutes since we passed it, which is weird for an animal. To like sit. Yeah. Yeah. Let me get to that too.

So it had moved. This is creepy. It had moved like to the middle of the little road. It was like a little trail that's by the forest. There's like a forest, but there was a deer there.

So I was like, go, go see what that is. He was like, okay. And, uh, it was like maybe 10 feet away from the deer. And he started to go down there and the deer ran away. And then that thing moved.

Like it was tall. It was like big and boxy and it walked on four legs, but it moved away really slow. Like, But it had the movement of a deer. And we were just like, what the fuck was that? And you didn't take pictures of it?

I know you had your phone on you. It was so dark. You could, I mean, there's no. You have night vision on that thing? Yeah, no.

I don't even have a flash. I need to get a new iPhone. But it was so dark you couldn't even see what it was. You could just make out the shape of it. And it was like too tall and too calm to be any type of dog.

And too bulky, too. But also too dark. It was like solid black. Too dark to be a deer. Yeah.

But. Is it a homeless man? No, it was... A fat, drunken homeless man? It walked on four legs.

Again. Was it a fat, drunken homeless man? That doesn't rule it out. It could have been. But, yeah, we, like, could not figure out what it was.

I mean, it couldn't have been a beaver. It couldn't have been anything that. It was big. I mean, it would have come up to our waist. And it couldn't have been anything aggressive because a deer probably wouldn't have just stood beside it and.

Like, you know. But, I mean, like, it really. And I know there's no bears in Jeffersonville, Indiana, but it really legitimately resembled a small black bear. And we were like, what is it? So we've been talking about cryptids all week and figuring it out.

I was, like, Googling, like, animals of the Ohio River. Well, did you see the one that crawled out of that cave? Like, I don't remember where that was. Like, on the beach, and the kids, like, peed with a stick, and they took pictures of it. The Montauk Monster?

No, see, they were referring to it as that, but it looks different than that. The thing with the beak on its face, like this. It was like a, like a, it was, they kept saying maybe it was, like, a misformed sloth or something. I think it's fake, really, but it's what the internet does. But, I mean, you know, it's like, this wasn't, like, a dead, like.

Sewn up science project it was a moving animal that we saw move it was too dark for us to make out what it was but it was like the size and the shape and the color that we could make out it doesn't fit anything there's no pictures it didn't happen yeah at. Any point did you hear patrick duffy talking that's you know it might be scuttlebutt we made that. Joke too because you know obviously it was it was andrew who rides the bikes and he is like a huge south park fan And we were. Like, it's scuttlebutt. It's man-bam-pig.

But it was probably, it could have been. I don't know. But I Googled later that night because I was like so. Like, weirded out. Like, what the hell could that have been?

You know? Like, when you see an animal that does not make any sense, that's, like, so out of place, you're just like, what the fuck? What did I just see? It was really weird and scary. But I Googled it, and there is, like, a story of this escaped, like, giant sloth in the Ohio River Valley.

And I was like, that's what it was. Does it have a crazy name? It really should. It was just, like, the something giant sloth. But, I mean, it's, like, a fake thing, but.

Yeah, and then that got me looking at this website of cryptids and stuff, which I don't think it was a cryptid. It was probably some weird animal that I just can't. Think of what it is. But it was just very weird to see it, especially that close to a deer. It was weird to see a deer in the first place.

Yeah, deers don't really mess around with anything. They're just skittish. Yeah, exactly. That's what I was... it was, I don't know. I don't know what it could have been.

Cause it was sitting on the ground too. Deers don't like sit down and chill out and it got. Up the way, you know, this is all very, very weird. But yeah. Anyway, um, to the movies I've watched.

Oh, so many, so, so many. Um, after we watched, uh, bad seed a couple of weeks ago, I was on this unintentional, like suicide movie marathon. Nice. Cause, uh, spoiler alert i watched uh right. After that i went to my mom's house to do my laundry and stay there because well yeah it does but no i went to do laundry i can't watch scary movies in my house by myself so i went to do laundry at my mom's house and i watched um house of the.

Devil in the trailer for better idea yeah i hated that. Movie yeah i know you hate it that's what brian was saying you hated it But I liked it. But yeah, she like shoots herself. In the end. And I was just like, wow.

Spoiler alert. I know, I already said spoiler alert. I was like, wow, that just happened in a movie I watched yesterday. So I was like, oh, I'll watch something else. And I picked Clay Pigeons, which is a great movie.

And I actually love Vince Vaughn in that movie. I remember the box art for it. I don't think I've ever actually watched it in its entirety. But for some reason, I remember the box for it. It is a hilarious and good movie.

I love it. But yeah, Vince Vaughn, actually, I don't like Vince Vaughn. But I loved him in that movie. He's hitting this. I mean, sometimes he's amazing at his annoying performances.

And sometimes he's just annoying. Well, I like more like old Vince Vaughn. This was like 95 or 96 or something like that. But even then, sometimes he was just annoying. Yeah.

Yeah, and someone shoots, spoiler alert, someone shoots themselves at the opening scene of that movie, and I'm like, what the fuck? Seriously, I was trying to watch something a little bit more upbeat. I didn't, well, I read it, I knew what it was about, I could have picked a better choice. But, um. You should watch The Room.

The Room? Is it depressing? I don't know, I just know it's some guy shooting himself in the face. Eh. Well, I played the game, I didn't watch the movie.

Hmm. I just read it for you. Interesting. That's okay. No, it's a shitty movie.

Don't watch it. Yeah. But, uh, uh, let's see. I watched some other things. Oh, it took me a really long time to watch Waiting for Guffman.

I have like, and it's a good movie. It's hilarious. But every night I would. Put it on and like fall asleep like 10 minutes later. So it took me like five nights of like 20 minute or so slightly less increments of watching that damn movie to get through it.

It was crazy. Uh let's see i also watched um uh shiver which is a really good spanish movie uh it's if you liked um left the right one and i think people would really enjoy this. Movie it's on my netflix yeah it's good you. Should watch it uh let's see i watched party girl that was okay but okay this is what i really wanted to talk about last night i went to the drive-ins because they were having a like triple feature And I watched Texas Chainsaw Massacre. And Gunnar.

And that big Halloween extravaganza. Yeah. Gunnar Hansen was there. He's always somewhere. Yeah, he's always.

It wasn't a big deal. But. And Grandpa. And Grandpa was there. Grandpa will come to your house.

I got his autograph for free last time. Yeah, no. He gave us his autograph for free. That's not really telling you what he's. He's worked these days.

No offense to Grandpa, but, I mean, he really does show up at, like, kids' birthday parties. As long as it wasn't one of the shiny photos. If it was one of the shiny photos, you got paid for that one. Yeah. I did not pick a shiny photo.

Me neither. But, yeah, Gunnar Hansen was there, and then next we watched Devil, which was, like, M. Night Shyamalan. It wasn't so great. He didn't even direct that, though.

He didn't? No. He just produced it. He handed it off. It's basically what our movie today did.

It had someone sort of guiding the series, and he gave it to another director to do. Anyway, he touched it with his suck. Yeah, obviously. He touched it with his suck and killed it. He put his M.

Night Funk all over it. But one good thing about that movie, Jeremiah got a funnel cake, and we just all ended up eating it. He got none of it. No funnel cake for him. No funnel cake. but um he's lost some weight you don't need a funnel cake have you seen.

His car no it's a 65 mustang i don't think i've seen pictures yeah yeah but um and then house of a thousand corpses played and that was awesome but this is let me tell you what i ate yesterday so we stood in line and i got a pizza and i ate three pieces of pizza and then i went stood in a different line and i got mozzarella sticks and a candy bar. And No deep-fried candy bars? No. Did you have anything deep-fried whatsoever? Yeah.

Are you sure? What was it? Mozzarella sticks, pickles, and chicken fries. Did you have anything deep-fried that wouldn't normally be deep-fried? No.

Because then you know it's a party. Oh. We were all, it was just girls for the most part, and we were all like, it's okay. It's at the drive-ins. It doesn't count.

It's a special occasion. But, so, yeah. I ate three pieces of pizza, a fried pickle, like a fried pickle spear. Like three mozzarella sticks and something else that was totally unhealthy. Oh, a hot dog.

I ate a hot dog. And then I ate a funnel cake. I thought I was going to die. Gonna die that sounds dirty I know wow but yeah so I ran into my fake brother and I was like is that really Jeremiah's car and he was like yeah I was like I would totally marry him for that car And of course he tells him. I'm like, thanks.

That sounds like your fake brother. Thanks for making this situation awkward. So you were hanging out with your fake brother and my fake cousin, so the whole fake family goes. Yeah, I know. You guys have a lot of family.

But it was exciting. I was really glad that I got to go. It was fucking freezing. I almost lost my toes in this process. Yeah, but it was awesome.

And we didn't even sneak any alcohol into the drive-in, but we had a good time anyway. I'm very proud of you. I still have scars from the last time I went to the drive-in theater. I fell down a hill. On my knees.

With my cousin on my shoulders. I didn't drop him, though, because he was my favorite cousin. If it had been my other cousin, his ass would have gone flying. Nice. Good.

Wow. Oh, good. Yeah. Sex. I really feel, now that you mentioned that someone said our episode was lackluster, I feel like.

This wouldn't be any better. No. No. I was, like, geared up. I'm like, yeah, I've got all these stories.

But they just came out as, like, not. It wasn't my typical storytelling fashion. I think it's because they're lacking in numbers. The more there are, the more you get all warmed up, the more you get excited for it. I know.

And the less tired I am. I did go to bed at, like, 5 in the morning. Me too. And then I had to wake up and watch this week's movie. Yay.

And I slept in part of it. Nice. Okay, so did I. Oh, Lord. So does that round out the geek week?

Yeah. By extremely long, but uninteresting geek week. That's all right. You're making up for everybody else who's not here. I know.

It was very long. I mean, like, I did a whole shit ton. That's all right. There was no Joni and Roger and Jada talks. I know.

I did a whole shit ton of stuff. And I, actually, I've been trying to go see Dracula for, like, a month now. Dracula. But every single fucking time, it's sold out. Or, like, I have to surprise work or something.

Like... When I'm Dracula, you best be cute. When I'm Dracula. I feel like a Dracula right now. I feel like sunlight.

Not my friend. I just. I want. To go live in a cave. Maybe you can live with that crazy man-pair pig.

Yeah. Maybe you can go live in that place that has all the letters. Yeah, that's true. Until they bulldoze it, that thing is up for grabs. I feel like I would be there while they bulldozed it, and I would just be stuck under there.

And I would, like, mutate. To my surroundings, and, you know, like, my eyeballs would fall out, and I'd just become. We've got some candy ones we can shove in there. Huh? We've got some candy ones we can shove in there.

Yes. Please don't match it all. Like, the descent. I'll at least give you matching eyeballs. No, you can do the David Bowie thing.

It's cool. Yeah. Not on the brown one. You know, like, in the descent, where they, like, mutate, and that would be... I love that movie.

I know. It was a great movie. Well, throw us out a couple more letters when it, you know, caves in. I want an M. Give me an M.

Give me a B. Give me a B. Oh, wow. All right, so I guess that rounds out our Horrific Geek Room. Eeyore.

All right, we will take a break and be back with What's the Boss? Thinking of all the cool creatures that I will meet on this night. Ghosts and goblins and witches roaming the streets in moonlight. Bowls of candy and goodies Delicious and waiting. In store.

The sound of cute little footsteps As they approach my front door Letting the children inside to drink beers Razor blades hidden in three musketeers Screams from the basement of kids Begging to be set free That's what Halloween means. To me. Tightening the clamps that are holding Their little heads so tight. Putting my lips to their ears As I whisper, please, don't fight I promise I'll let you go home if you swear not to tell a soul. Well, I'll just untie these.

I'm kidding. Now, where is my chainsaw? Let's rock and roll. A pinch of your brother, a teaspoon of you. With the head.

Of your sister would make a good stew. I give you a taste, but. Your tongue's in the stew. Irony. That's what Halloween means to me.

Golden, pure, creamery butter. Rich, flavorful, satisfying. That's what it takes for the finest. Buttered popcorn, and that's what we use. See for yourself why there's no showtime.

Treat to equal the crisp, delicious. Flavor of hot popcorn that's bathed in real melted butter. It's at the concession stand now. Have you ever walked through a graveyard late at night and seen a coffin open? Have you ever thought what it would be like to see a person's head amputated?

Think of things so horrible that the human mind cannot imagine them. See all this and more when you see on stage, in person. That crazy mixed-up Dr. Evil and his pairs of the unknown. Unlike anything that you've ever seen or heard of in the past.

Hideous creatures from beyond the grave leave the stage and grab girls right out of their seats. Girls, do not come alone. Bring your boyfriend to protect you when the lights go out. You may find a live snake or rat under your seat. A real dead body is given away to some lucky person at every performance.

In person, the mummy and King Kong, famous Hollywood. Gorilla, real and alive. Plus, on the screen, two horrific motion pictures. Dr. Evil and his tears of the unknown.

Plus, two horrific pictures. In person, on stage, first time here, three all-new Super Shock shows. Stage show number one, From Beyond the Grave. It's Dr. Evil and his Tears.

Of the Unknown. Unlike anything you have ever seen before, the theater is turned into a graveyard. Your seats become coffins. Weird creatures sit next to you and put their cold, clammy hands around your throat and whisper things in your ears. Live snakes roam up and down the aisles and human monsters run loose in the audience and cut off the heads of beautiful girls.

It's weird and unbelievable. Pusk! Stage show number two. See in person the mummy and King Kong. Famous Hollywood gorilla.

Real and alive. We can't advertise what the mummy does when he grabs beautiful slave girls and the lights go out. But wow, something you never dreamt you'd see anywhere. Warning, girls should not come alone. You will have nightmares for a week.

However, the theater management will stop the show any time it becomes too scary. All on stage, in person, plus a horrific screen program. ¶ ¶ Hello, creeps. It's me, the Crypt Keeper. And you're listening to Movie Meltdown, the greatest movie geek show on Earth. I wouldn't change places with anyone tonight.

We'll carve pumpkin faces And watch the witches flight Every human heart will. Shudder Every soul will shake with. Fear Tonight the creepiest Tonight, the scariest. Tonight, the most wonderful night. The end.

Anything can happen on Halloween. Your dog could turn into a cat. There may be a toad in your bass guitar. Or your sister could turn into a bat. Yeah, I saw you with the General Lee.

That was a pretty good song. Oh yeah, what did I say about the General Lee? I got my picture with the General Lee before. At the car show. It was pretty awesome.

Leatherface? Oh, see, look, I've got all these stories. Now I've got all these stories that are hilarious. Leatherface kept stalking us, but not like an, oh, I'm trying to scare you. It was more like a, oh, I'm trying to hit on you.

It was really weird. That's a whole different kind of scary. Which one's Leatherface? Is he the one we always see at the conventions with the hand glove things on? Leatherface is the Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Who's the one we always see with the hand things on? He's always like... I gotta have my gloves on when I autograph stuff. Oh, God. No, that's Jason.

That's Kane Hodder. I couldn't remember which dude it was. It wasn't actually Gunner. No, it wasn't Gunner. It's Kane Hodder, yeah.

I was just trying to figure out which one was the one who always had to have his special autograph gloves on. Because he seems douchey. Yeah. He seems like a big douche. But yeah, he wasn't like, ah, I'm trying to be scary.

He was just like... So, what are you girls doing here? Can I have some of your funnel cake? Yeah. Yeah.

And he was like, are those. I see you have funnel cake. He's like, are those real tattoos on your foot or those henna tattoos? Well, this is a guy that got hired by a drive-in. It's not like they have the highest standards, obviously.

I was disappointed. Jeremiah told me that Cooter was going to be there sometime over the summer and he was not there, so. Oh, and I forgot to talk about at the drive-in, the trailers in between the movies were fucking awesome. They had this, like, whole separate van that had, like, trailers. And they had, like, Godzilla and, like, Night of the Living Dead and, like.

I didn't want to tell you, but that was my trailer van. I just drive around and show trailers to people. Old, cool trailers. Yeah. Actually, that seems like a pretty good.

Job to me. It does. All right. Let's wrap it up, then. We're done.

Time for the buzz. Buzz. Alright, we're back with What's the Buzz? What is the buzz? Tell me what's happening.

After weeks of speculation and reports about various directors for the Superman reboot, which we even mentioned before, I didn't know if you'd actually heard this, Misty. I think I did, but I blocked it off. It's directed at least one of your favorite movies. Warner Brothers has chosen to go with someone who's already worked on two other comic book adaptations, Zack Snyder. I like Zack Snyder.

He did the L movie. I love the L movie. That was half the reason I thought we should talk about it. Yeah, I read that, but I totally forgot. But then I remembered, so yay for me.

So, yeah, again, I don't know if that's a bad idea. He can't do any worse than the last one. It's just, yeah, I mean, we've already seen him dealing with flying people and superheroes, so now it's just instead of owls, it'll be Superman, and instead of, like, you know, the comedian, it'll be Superman not being a jackass the whole time. So, I don't know. I mean, I think that might be hardest for him to grasp is, I mean, all of this stuff is... kind of dark and all the characters are I mean Superman is so bright and shiny that I mean when you come from Watchmen and 300 and Dawn of the Dead it's like I don't know that that I mean I think the action he can handle I think the you know the whole overall structure of the movie he can but yeah I think if anything I don't know it would be hard to keep it clean you know everything he seems to touch gets kind of a little grimy along the way so I don't know I don't know if he can deal with that level of what Superman's at least known for, but maybe they're trying to change that.

Maybe they're trying to have a grimy super dark night up the Superman. So I don't know, but yep. I thought that was kind of interesting. All right. Although James Cameron has had many successes, his two biggest hits have been Titanic and Avatar.

Both blockbuster hits that achieved four-quadrant success by combining both flashy visual effects that appeal to the guys while having romantic stories that appeal to the girls. Well, now the director has reported in talks with Sony Pictures about possibly directing another very big-budget movie that is sort of the potential of repeating that same strategy, Cleopatra. Based on the Stacy Schiff book, Cleopatra Alife, this project would be the first time James Cameron went back in history more than 100 years. I guess. I don't know why they need to get that specific about this.

I don't know. I guess he's known for his futuristic stories. Titanic's one of them future stories. You didn't see at the end when the boat transformed into a big, you know, Optimus. Never mind.

Big thing at the bottom of the ocean that was put turned. Into no it's a giant robot that's the twist at the end okay he joined up with him night show however james cameron's possible involvement is not the only big name in the story as angelina jolie is attached to star as cleopatra oh god i don't think that's bad actually i mean she seems i think it's almost like It's too perfect a cast. I know. It's almost like, personally, personality-wise, she seems like she kind of fits with Cleopatra. I don't know about acting or any of that.

I think just in her real life, she sort of seems like Cleopatra. Oh, Lord. Maybe she's Cleopatra's incarnate. No! Oh, God.

Okay. I promise I'm not drunk. I mean, like, I make it sound like I'm drunk all the time, but I'm really not. Oh, Lord. Well, she is, let's see, truly reportedly has a lifelong fascination with the Egyptian monarch.

So, see, maybe it's because it's her great-grandmother. Great many times over. I don't know. Was Cleopatra a baby hoarder? I don't know.

Is she the one that snatched that baby out. Of the river? Wait, that was Moses. Oh. They were buds, though, right?

They hung out, you know. Moses and Cleopatra, they used to hang together. They kicked it. They hooked up on occasion. Booty call!

You know what I heard? I heard that Cleopatra kept a jar full of bees beside her bed as a vibrator. Doesn't sound very efficient, but whatever. I don't know, a jar full of like a thousand bees buzzing. But they're still little bees.

I don't know. There were no batteries back in the day. Were there jars? Yeah, there were jars. Were there jars in like vases?

Did they have glass? Was it screw top? Did it say Jif on the top? It could have. I don't know.

I was not there. And I just heard about this from someone. I didn't research it. I didn't write a paper on it. Jesus.

I think you should. Leave me alone. This sounds fascinating. I'm sure PETA would have been all on her ass about that. Not if they tried it.

They might change their mind. Oh, gosh. Anyway. So, yeah, she is supposedly quoted as saying, I haven't done a historical epic of that nature, and she's always been fascinating to me because I feel like as much as her story has been done big, it's never been done accurately. And she is all about some accuracy.

Yeah. So, yeah, they did mention that she was sort of an Alexander, but I guess she wasn't the star. So they were pointing out she made an error in her own little quote there. So they have big plans for Cleopatra, which possibly include filming in 3D, which may be why they're in talks with James Cameron. Oh, God, those lips in 3D.

Good God. Mm-hmm. That's what you want. Oh, God. I wish sometimes people could see my face.

She's making out with the microphone. So yeah, so there's no word yet when Cleopatra will be filmed because officially James Cameron isn't on board yet. So they probably don't want to speculate any of this so far. But it should be a while if he plans on doing Avatar 2, which I'm sure he will because it's money. Why do I have to put everything in three?

I'm so fucking tired of it. It depends on what it is. If it's done good, I still like it. Jackass 3D? No, that's not necessary.

Do you want to see balls coming at your face in 3D? Do you want to see people shoving things in their ass in 3D? Obviously, millions of people say yes. Yes, I do. Because it made a fortune this weekend.

Yeah, that's so sad. Yes, it is. God. Oh, Lord. So, dueling movie projects are sort of an old Hollywood tradition, but rarely is there a case where two similar projects actually come from within the same family.

So we go to the Muppets. And that's kind of why I wanted to do this, because we all like the Muppets. Oh, yeah. The Muppets, which they have now shortened the title. It was originally The Greatest Muppet Movie Ever, which isn't really that great a title either, because it's not going to be The Great Muppet Caper, so don't even try.

As they prepare to start filming, Brian Henson, Jim's son, is at work on another movie set in a world where puppets and humans live together. Another Jim Henson company production, Happy Time Murders, was acquired this week by Lionsgate. Oh, God, Lionsgate. Yeah, I love me some Lionsgate, aside from Saul. Happy Time Murders is described as a comedic thriller that is described as Avenue Q meets L.A.

Confidential, but the premise most immediately it brings to mind is Who Framed Roger Rabbit. I love Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Listen to this. I mean, it really does. When the puppet cast of a 1980s children TV show called The Happy Time Gang starts getting murdered, an ex-LAPD private detective and puppet, with a drinking problem, takes on the case with a former human partner.

It's like almost B-frame Roger Rabbit. Except he wasn't a puppet. Except B-frame Roger Rabbit was awesome. These are Muppets. It's got potential.

Granted, they haven't done great Muppet stuff in a long time. But, you know. Jim's kid's involved. It's better than nothing. So, yeah, Happy Time Murders is the one that's actually going to be directed by Brian Henson, who has done, I mean, he did Christmas Carol and Muppet Treasure Island, which still aren't quite up to his dad's level, but nobody can get that level at this point.

And it's not yet known if any Muppets will have cameo roles in Happy Timers, like, you know, the big crossovers in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, but... God, that movie was so awesome. It is pretty damned awesome. As for the Muppets, which I'm sure they'll change that title eventually, let's see, the human cast is expanding, and they've got Jason Segel, Amy Adams, Chris Cooper, and they're supposed to start filming in November. The premise of the movie, again, I kind of like this, too, It makes me have a little hope for this movie.

The premise of this Muppet movie is that Gonzo starts filming a new Muppets movie, but blows the entire budget on the first day of filming. I like that. On chickens. On chickens. Leave it to Gonzo.

So, yeah. Chris Cooper will be the villain who buys the Muppets movie studio to drill for oil. I mean, it all seems so ridiculous. I kind of like it so far. So, I'm hoping they don't screw it up.

But, again, it's been a long time since they've been released. clever, so it's interesting that they're bringing in really, really new blood on this one, because yeah, they've got, let's see, the director is James Bobin, who's previously worked on the Ali G show and Flight of the Conchords. That's very different than the old school Muppet show, so it'll be interesting to see if that actually helps. I love Flight of the Conchords. That's what I'm saying, if they can find some sort of humor that works more with new, modern audiences versus stuff that hasn't worked for the last 20 years, but He's alive. Alive!

Okay, this one I have to bring up just because I kind of have a big question about it, really. We'll get to that. But it also gives us a chance to make fun of Mike Myers. So if you remove the four Shrek movies from Mike Myers' filmography of the last eight years, the only focus you have is The Cat in the Hat and Love Guru. Which both sucked ass.

Suck. Neither of which I saw. But really, do you need to? I mean, Love Guru, Cat in the Hat, come on. So, yeah, you take the talking cat in one and the love expert in the other, and you get his new project, Pepe Le Pew.

Warner Brothers is thinking, because the studio is attached to Mike Myers, they need to get him to star in this live-action CGI adaptation of the Looney Tunes character, Pepe Le Pew. It's going to suck so bad. Michael Myers has only done two good movies ever. Which two are they? I don't even know which one.

So, I'm Married and Ex-Murder. And... Well, I was counting Wayne's World right off the bat. Oh, yeah. It's the only thing he's done ever good.

Yeah, because I don't even fully acknowledge the second one. It's all right. It just doesn't quite hit the awesomeness of the first one. He just needs to stop. I don't understand why he's as famous as he is because all of his shit sucks.

Kind of. I mean, if it wasn't for Shrek, that sort of has carried him for the last. I didn't even see him, so I mean. I liked the first Shrek, and I think the Shrek movies are okay. Yeah, they just.

They're okay for that kind of movie. Yeah, they're not amazing. They're just... They were, again, a very different thing when that first one came out from what, you know, you'd seen, especially with animated movies, but... I liked the little dragon donkeys.

They were so cute. The little dragon donkeys. Yeah. Oh, man. So what I really wanted to address was, so you guys have seen Pepe the Pew cartoons.

Yes. Did it ever bother you? That he was kind of a rapist? Yeah, kind of. I remember as a kid being like, this is weird.

Very stalker-like and very harassing. He doesn't quite understand the no means no. He really doesn't. No means no, you fucking skunk. Yeah, it was so weird that even as a kid that occurred to me that like...

But he was French and that made it okay. This premise is a little off. Overly amorous. Yeah. Just really, in America, it just means like, dude, you're a fucking stalker rapist.

Quit. Maybe it's different in France. I don't know. Yeah, I was always kind of creeped out by Pepe Le Pew. And I think the downside really was like... they're once you've seen one of his cartoons you're done they're all exactly the same it's just different settings occasionally but i mean.

A cat too which is like it's. Always a cat yeah she's. Like fuck off you fucking rodent. But it's always a cat some sort of crazy paint piece of shit some sort of paint and mishap comes along and then yeah the exact same cartoon i um like you know roadrunner was sort of the same thing but it varied itself so much that it was still entertaining but peppy the pew hated the roadrunner though yeah but i didn't well i didn't like the roadrunner i like wiley coyote i would watch them all because wiley coyote was so badass. I like speedy gonzalez i like pussyfoot pussyfoot was my.

Favorite he was pretty awesome what's the girl up. On the big dogs what's the big dog remember the big dog yeah but i can't remember his name right. Now butch or something I don't remember, but. Yeah, Pussyfoot and the dog. Little feet.

Oh, I love Pussyfoot. What's the monster? The big red one. Gossamer? Yes, Gossamer.

He was like my favorite. I love that one. Unfortunately, everything they worked him in after that, like years later when they were just trying to market him, kind of sucked. But that original one he's in is fucking awesome. I like Tex Avery, like House of the Future cartoons.

I like the Tex Avery... red hot right there right now oh my god it was awesome red hot right and it's. My favorite so i don't know it just this seemed like such a bad idea anyway but then throwing on top of that it's not even like they had good stories to work with the first time and warner brothers usually actually had good plot lines within a cartoon but not on the pepula pew stuff because it was just it was the same thing over and over so Yeah, we don't know who Pepe's love interest will be in this one, but, yeah, it will be another CGI character. They should make it a mash-up, and it should be like Pepe Le Pew, the story of the Craigslist killer or something. Now that I would watch. That would be amazing.

That seems fine. Anybody could be proud to rest in this coffin. Can I have a Marlena moment? Yes. All right.

And now it's time for a Marlena moment. Okay, so Friday, Misty and Jay went to Target. We totally did. Uh-huh. And I get this mysterious text message from a number I don't recognize.

It's just a picture of some garbage, pale kids, silly bands. And it says, you know you want these. And I was like, hell yeah, dude. I was like, who is this? And the text message says, the creepy but intriguing homeless man that lives in your alley.

And I was like, Alicia? And then I was like, no, it's Jay. We're at Target. Okay. I was like, oh, okay.

Awesome. My boyfriend's the creepy stalker. Who I thought could have been Alicia. What does that say about Alicia? Or my boyfriend.

Well, we knew he was creepy, but he's creepy in a good way. Alicia, that's still yet to be seen. But did you go see the Stilly Bands? There was one in the shape of a turd. There's a toilet, a turd, and a toilet paper.

I forget what else there was. I don't know. Like an explosion ball? Yeah. Oh, a fart cloud.

God. Yeah. Yeah, I got this. These are being marketed out into the world. It would be really better if they were scented.

Oh, that would be so cool. I have a scratch and sniff garbage bucket cards. Awesome. Yeah. Now, Alicia can be creepy.

She punched Eddie in the stomach. Why? I was like, Eddie, why did my friend just punch you in the stomach? He's like, I don't know, because she was excited. Yeah.

I'm excited. I punch people randomly, too. She gets really excited, and she'll, like, jump on people and noogie them. She's only, like, five feet tall, so she has to jump really high. And then, like...

There was motions involved that people out there just wouldn't appreciate. Yeah, yeah. That was my story. And that's the end of it? Yep.

Wrote a song about it. Like, to hit, hit goes. And this has been another Marlena moment. Yeah. Now back to the news.

This just in. Oh, Lord. So wouldn't you say there's some sort of window on the time it takes for your, or the time you're allowed to make a sequel? Yes. At least a somewhat direct sequel.

I mean, there's been a few that have come back many, many years later and at least taken a character. But yeah, trying to make a sequel and calling it that many years later seems like a bad idea. If we learn nothing from Money Never Sleeps. Yeah. Which I've not heard good things about.

So, yeah, one of the biggest blockbuster hits of the 80s is trying to come back with a sequel. Top Gun 2. Ah, no. There wasn't a Top Gun 2? No.

Why would there be? I don't know. Because it would suck. Well, I can't do that. I don't know.

I can't do the teeth thing. It always threw me off. What are you trying to do? Like that scene where Val Kilmer and they're like the. Oh, God.

You don't want to do anything like Val Kilmer. He has that thing with his teeth and it's like, I can't do it. You know what I'm talking about. Everybody knows what I'm talking about. She's like, well, look at me like that.

You know. But, again, look at him now. You don't want to do anything that Val Kilmer's done. You'll turn out like Val Kilmer. You both have your Adrian Wright shirts on.

I don't. Do you have an Adrian Wright shirt? We have a club. No. Oh.

You're not cool like us. I don't even have an Adrian Wright tattoo. See? You're still not cool like us. Yeah, we both do.

I need to get that fixed. I was thinking about getting that fixed soon. I need to go back, so, you know. I think we can set something up you like to think everybody hates you it's okay. I didn't know you're supposed to tip the tattoo guy i don't know this i don't know the etiquette i'm sorry.

You hear that adrian she didn't mean it. I'm sorry adrian i want a bow duke tattoo next come on tip him double be like i'm sorry i. Oh, Lord. So, yeah, Top Gun, one of the most successful movies of the 80s, but also one of the Bruckheimer early, back when he was with Don Simpson, so, you know, he made a ton of money off of his, you know, Flashdance and Beverly Hills Cop movies, but lately he's done things more like Prince of Persia in The Sorcerer's Apprentice, so... Now he's not making money, so I guess he's just like, um, what can I drag out that used to make money?

Hey, how about Top Gun? Was it gonna have the same people in it? No, and even if it did, it's kind of stupid. I mean, they're all old and lame now, so who wants to see any of them? I mean, really?

But they're planning... Okay, so he's... Bruckheimer's in talks with Paramount about developing a sequel to Top Gun. Included in the negotiations is director Tony Scott, who actually is still making pretty huge budget movies right about now, so... Getting him back is sort of a big deal, but yeah.

Trying to get Tom Cruise to come back and do a little cameo as Maverick. Is he going to play the new main characters like Grandpa or something? Probably. He might as well at this point. I don't know.

It just seems ridiculous. It is weird that they're trying to get Tony Scott back. They're giving the screenplay at this point to Christopher McQueary, who is a huge name at this point. I mean, he's actually done... usual suspects and Valkyrie and like he's been working on that Flying Tigers movie that Tom Cruise wants to make so it's like he's actually a big name screenwriter so I mean I guess that would be promising but at the same time I don't yeah I don't I don't see how this could come out good especially since they're talking about how this story would tell more of a modern story about today's naval pilots who are engaged in less dogfights now so it's like boring navy now all they do is sit in a room and occasionally drop a bomb but they don't actually get it any action that sounds boring yeah i know i don't understand where they think they're going with this and why they would think they can drag something out 25 years later and try to make something i don't know it's not like it's not a cheesy movie to begin with That's one of those, and this might piss people off because people still, that is a beloved movie, but it's funny because I was right there with you.

I have a copy of it on VHS. I thought it was awesome back in the day. When I watched it years later, I was just like, this is the sappiest thing. I can't believe it. It's that Titanic level of like, it's half romance novel.

There's so many dreamy shots of him making out with Kelly Lungilis that I was just like, It barely balances out the dog fights. I was like, it gets pretty sappy. I don't know. Except that's your favorite movie. I know.

Top Gun and The Lion King. There's so many. It's a weird combination right there. You know, it's funny. I remember when The Lion King came out and everybody freaked out about it.

I was just like, eh. I still, I'm like, eh, it's okay. I mean, basically, you stole the whole plot to begin with. And then on top of that, it's kind of, eh. I mean, the only reason I really was into it, because I like Scar, he's such an evil bastard, and Jeremy Irons is a creepy motherfucker.

I love that they gave him an animated character. That's just awesome. I love my mom's brutal honesty with it, because of that scene where Mufasa, Shamba's dad, gets killed. you know, run over by the stampede or whatever. My niece was watching it and my niece was like, is he asleep? And mom was like, no, he's dead.

My niece was like four, three or four at the time. No. She was like, no, he's just sleeping. I was like, no, he's dead. Now you guys understand why Misty is the way she is.

Yep. He's not asleep. He's dead. That's my mom. But I mean, as a child, I was like, obsessed with Beauty and the Beast I mean.

Obsessed seeing that was a good movie yeah. So as far as I was concerned every Disney movie to come after that was just I. Was obsessed with Mr. Boogity I never had a boogity I don't even know what that is but awesomest movie ever. It had Bud Bundy in it okay now it is awesome and.

It had somebody else in it but I can't remember who it was it had Buffy original Buffy. Christy Swanson I think nice unless. I'm totally making shit up which whatever I never know. Don't you judge me. Exactly.

Yeah. Yeah, that was my favorite movie of all times. I watched it every day before I went to school and every. Day when I came home. I was like one of those weird kids who just watched the same thing over and over.

Did you have it memorized? Could you like quote it and sing it? I still can. Yeah, I believe that every, you know, those weird kids is every kid. We should just have an episode with you doing an entire one-man version of that movie.

I could just sing you all the songs. And now I leave you. All right. Are we ready to round this out? Yes.

And this one, well, first of all, I believe we brought this on ourselves. And number two, you can't complain, Misty, because you sent it to me. Oh, what did I send you again? 20th Century Fox has teamed up with Walden Media to buy the rights to Bill Keen's syndicated comic strip, The Family Circus. I figured you would have done this last week, but then.

We didn't do it last week because nobody showed up. Oh, yeah, duh. Fuck the family circus. I hate that. It's the most useless comedy in the entire world.

All it is is that little fucking brat running around with those little dash marks doing absolutely stupid little Brady shit. Fuck that shit up. Fuck it, fuck it, fuck it. That's what I'll say. But really, I mean, every time we came upon a stupid comic getting turned into a movie.

Other than the Peanuts movies. Next, well, now I'm talking about just, you know, anything now that they're doing like Marmaduke and all these other things. Minutes and minutes. We would always say, you know, what's next? They're going to do a family circus movie?

When's Apartment 3G going to come out? I believe like at least 10 times. Dr. Rex Morgan. In the last hundred, hundred episodes we've said that.

I'm sure I would be into that. God. We've said that many times, and I think we brought it upon ourselves. As always, all we have to do is mention it, and we unleash it upon the universe. Hagar the Horrible.

Want to see it? Get on it, Hollywood. Unless you actually want it. If you want it, it'll backfire, and they'll never make it. I don't want a Hagar the Horrible.

Nice try. The universe knows what you're up to. God damn it. You can't pull little shenanigans with the universe. The universe knows your craziness.

Bill Keen started the strip in 1960. It's tired. Please stop. And they continue to generate what they're saying is the most widely syndicated strip in the world. It sucks.

That's sad. I feel bad for people in other countries that have to read that and be thinking that these are what our families are like. Because, yeah, not so much. I can't believe that damn thing's been going on for 50 years. It's ridiculous.

If it was like my niece and nephew, like if Jeffy was setting things on fire or like, you know, the little kid was like beating people. Wearing an eyepatch. Wearing an eyepatch. She's the cutest kid in an eyepatch I've ever seen, I'm telling you. Damn, she's adorable.

Anyway, so yeah, this is the scary part. The deal is supposedly six figures against seven figures, which I had to double check. That means basically a high six figures for the script and seven figures if they make the movie. That's a ridiculous amount of money being thrown at that guy for making that series. That's just sad.

Who's going to care? Nobody? Think about it. I mean, how many of those kind of people, I don't want to call them out, there are probably people that go to church every week. My sister?

Yeah. Basically, she probably thinks that's an awesome... Oh, God. Misty's moved to the underbite with the candy corn. You look exactly like the girl from her shirt when you do that.

Are they going to make a Precious Moments movie next? Oh, God. How about a Love Is movie? Can we have one of those? A what?

We needed that from like the 60s. I hated those creepy little fucks. Love Is. Those like little clay feet. Cupid doll looking boy and girl.

I hated that shit. Which means there'll be a blockbuster movie coming at us in the next couple years. Yeah. I just thought that was coming back to bite us in the ass as always. All we have to do is say, God, why would we do that?

Why? Ugh. Yep. Garb so it's gonna be a ziggy movie. See we keep saying that but i'm not tall enough if there was ever i remember how it should go if there was ever a movie that at the end of it someone shoots themselves it's the ziggy.

Movie yeah you know what my very first toy as an infant was a ziggy doll and i really feel like that set the stage for my depression my lifelong battle with depression. That's not really what you want to give a child in low self-esteem Oh, poor Ziggy. Congratulations on the birth of your daughter. I got her this Ziggy doll. This chronically depressed child.

This morbidly depressed cartoon strip. She's doomed. Enjoy. And is your heart black and full of hate? Black at midnight, black at pitch.

Blacker than the foul it wears. Oh, Lord. All right. Is there anything else you want to pass along in the wrap-up of part one here of our Halloween spooked... What the hell are we calling this thing?

Creeptacular. Creeptacular. I got a rock special. No, I'm good. I got a rock.

I guess that's a no. I was just marveling. I bought this sweater yesterday for $ 5 and this hat for $ 2. And I got them home, and I was like, oh, my God, they match each other perfectly. Yay!

I thought you were just looking at your cleavage. Yeah, she was just kind of staring at her chest for a minute there. No, I was looking. At it. She seemed mesmerized.

I was noticing how well my hat and sweater match each other, okay? People, Jesus. Whatever you say. With that, we invite you to come back for part two. And this week, Sofa Theater feature Halloween 3.

Yay! Come back and join us. Hopefully you all watch more with the nighties. I watched the whole thing, but. I didn't pay any attention.

You did not pay any attention. Boys and girls of every age, wouldn't you like to see something strange? Come with us and. You will see, this our town of Halloween. This is Halloween, this is Halloween.

Both can sleep and get it all night. This is Halloween, everybody may see. Chip, chip, chip, chip, chip, chip, chip. This is Halloween. This is Halloween.

Halloween. Halloween. Halloween. Halloween. In this town, we'll come home.

Everyone will come home. In this town, don't we love Halloween? I hang in the trash can. Something's waiting at the fountain. Now you'll see.

It's Halloween. Red and black and slimy green. Aren't you scared? That's just fine. Say it once, say it twice.

Take a chance and roll the dice. Ride with the moon and the dead all night. Everybody scream. Everybody scream. Not out of heart.
