It's showtime, folks. Enjoy the show. Our nuclear reactor pumping.

I'm the Movie Meltdown. I'm Brian. I'm Misty. And I'm Jay. We're coming to you live via digital recording from the Bastion of Awesomeness.

I forgot to say Winchester's here too. Well, introduce yourself, Winchester. Hi, I'm Winchester. He's been smoking a lot, sorry. Long time listeners might remember Winchester.

He's made appearances here before. He's four years old now. He just got a bath. He's a werewolf. He's got a pissy attitude, and that's kind of why we like Winchester.

I love him. Does he still have his own Facebook page? He does, but I haven't updated it lately. Well, he hasn't updated it. He hasn't.

Let's get that straight. Winchester is his own wolf. So, how's it going? It's going. What have you been up to?

Watching Top Gear. Again? Damn it. Have we watched anything other than Top Gear? Actually, we watched some episodes of Forged in Fire.

That's pretty exciting. And I'm still watching Strike Back. I've not watched that. That's about it. I tried to watch a movie, but I forget what it was, so that's not very helpful at this moment, I guess.

Luckily, I have watched a few things. I did watch some things. I just remembered. All right. I don't remember if I talked about them already or not.

It's been so long. Did I talk about Sinister and Insidious? No. I watched Sinister. I watched them by myself.

In the dark. At night. Home alone. I don't know why I do this. Because then I always end up terrified.

I do. Yeah. But it made me again realize that I'm glad I don't have an attic. But it seemed like all shady things happen in attics. I hang out in attics all the time.

I know exactly right. I totally interrupted what you were going to say. I don't have that much to say about them. Everybody kept saying that Insidious was great. I've always heard good things about Insidious, right?

It was popular. I didn't like it. I thought the end was so fucking stupid. I just wanted to punch the movie in the face. I'm like, really?

This is where you're going? This is really where you just wandered off to. It seemed like a rip-off of that one episode of The Twilight Zone, where the little girl wandered off into another dimension. Most things are a rip-off of one of the episodes of The Twilight Zone. Well, because that show's fucking amazing, and all the good ideas come from there.

Pretty much. But anyways, the kid, I guess, he goes to sleep, and in his sleep, his subconscious leaves, and he wanders off, and then there's little things that are trying to get in his body, like demons and whatnot. Which I hate when that happens. It was so fucking stupid. But I did like Sinister.

That had What's-His-Face in it. Ah, What's-His-Face. Ethan Hawke, I think. Alright. I think Ethan Hawke was in that one.

Yeah, Ethan Hawke was totally in that one. I remember now. Yep, yep. That one was a little bit better. They move into a house and he finds this box of like what's before VHS?

Reel to Reel. Sort of. 8mm? Yeah, more like 8mm. Anyways, it's 8mm and it's all really creepy footage of people getting killed.

I'm not sure why that didn't send him running for the hills in the first place because I'm pretty sure if I find a box full of murder films in my attic. We all have those in our house somewhere. Just some of us hide them a little better. This was out in the open. But there's this whole thing and it has this whole history.

Not history, more like a mythology of some creepy ghouly guy that comes in like... steals you or something. I don't know. But it was really better than I made it sound, because I liked Sinister a whole lot better than I liked Insidious. But I've not watched the sequels to either one of those yet, so I'm pretty geared up for that. Although I'm a little bit more leery.

About the Insidious one, because that one kind of sucked. Well, I saw Jack Ryan's Shadow Recruit. On purpose? It stars Captain Kirk. Oh, I do like him.

He's so pretty. And I had no idea. Like, I swear I feel like I saw that trailer a million times. Had no idea Keira Knightley was in it. Probably because she turned sideways.

She disappeared. I know, right? Because she's so fucking skinny. She is a waifu woman. She used to eat a sandwich.

Here's my thing. Uh-oh. Well, I realized, like, I have a problem with it, but I guess I shouldn't based on everything else that gets done to movies. So, okay, Jack Ryan, he's a character. He's a pre-established character in all these other properties and books and then all these other movies.

I know nothing about this character. Well, I mean, they've made five movies with him now. With four different actors. Or any of them as pretty as Chris Pine. Harrison Ford in his younger days was quite a fetching man.

But, no, it's... Like how young, like pre-Star Wars? Empire. Dude, you can't get better than Harrison Ford in Empire. Come on now.

But no, he's in Patriot Games and Clear and Present Danger, so he's heading towards middle age at that point. But then Alec Baldwin's played him. Ben Affleck has played him. I hate Ben Affleck. No, it was pretty young.

It's Hunt for Radar Cobra, so it's pretty young, Alec Baldwin. So I don't know. I mean, he's all these things. Is he the one with the hot daughter? Which one are we talking now?

Either Ireland or Hayley, is that her name? I don't know. I haven't kept up with my Baldwin daughters. Sometimes they get yelled at. I know that.

Well, the really hot one's the one who got yelled at for being a pig or whatever. Did he, like, motivate her or something? No, she didn't return his phone calls. Anyway. Go ahead.

Sorry. Derailed. So this new movie comes out, and I knew they were kind of doing their own thing. I think it's the first time they've ever done it that wasn't based on one of the original Jack Ryan novels. So they're kind of going their own way.

But still, the rest of them have sort of just jumped around, more or less went through the timeline straight and then kind of jumped backwards. But the first three were a progression in time like normal. The first one was sort of prequel-y and jumps back to him being a little younger. So okay, this is once again a relatively young person starring as him, so I'm assuming they're going back and doing another prequel kind of story. Well, then in the first few minutes, you're watching young Captain Kirk.

He has a real name, right? Chris Pine. Young Chris Pine is watching 9-11 footage, and I'm like, wait, wait, wait, wait. What? They just break the space-time continuum.

Well, no, they just sort of basically started over. They rebooted Jack Bryan, and now like he's like, it's just him now. So it's like, he's in college when 9-11 hits, so then he decides to go get in the military, and then he gets injured in the military, and then he gets recruited, shadow recruited, to be the government agent, and then Kevin Costner shows up. So, I don't know. But the whole time, I'm just like, but why is he Jack Ryan?

If you're just gonna do a whole new thing with him, why couldn't he be Skippy McGillicuddy, Shadow Recruit. I already have this established. I know. The other half of my brain's like, duh, name recognition. I understand, but the part of my brain that wants to be like, but he's not the same guy.

Why bother making a movie with that name if he's not going to be anything like the character before, following the same storyline as the character before? I'm like, it just made my brain hurt the whole time. He's a different Jack Ryan, much like 007 is different people, but it's the same. That was my thing. Maybe it just contained like, Jack Ryan is the new 007.

It's just different agents through time. By the end, that's kind of what I was like, well, I mean, every time they reboot a series, they kind of do that. Like, I guess this is just the first one, and from here, they're going to do it again. going to do more and they're all going to move forward in time and follow this new... It's kind of like when they brought Daniel Craig in to do the new James Bond. It's like they sort of Started over, but yet not really.

Now it really makes no sense if you do watch them all, because it loops back around on itself and makes no damn sense. I have never watched a James Bond movie in its entirety. Don't start, because then I told you we're going to do all of them and make you watch them all. What if we maybe watch part of one when we were in Savannah? I don't remember which one, though.

Was it Roger Moore? No, it was one of the newer ones with Daniel Craig. Was it Casino Royale? Yeah, it was Casino Royale. Yeah, I'm sorry, but it's forever Sean Connery for me.

And then maybe a little bit of Roger Moore. But when you get into the Roger Moore, it gets kind of quirky. Is that the one where the car goes underwater and then the fish is in the car? That's one of the ones with Roger Moore. Again, I haven't seen it, but they made a reference to it on Top Gear.

If you've got a car that's a submarine and it goes underwater... And they don't get wet. How does the fish and the water get in the car? Transporter? Just stupid.

It was supposed to be funny. It came through the air conditioner vents? It's Roger Moore. By then they were very silly. Although that's the thing.

That's almost more my go-to. Only because that's when they kind of hit for me. I think the Connery ones weren't playing on TV all the time when I was a kid. I saw some of them later, but like, The ones that I watched nonstop were the ones that constantly played on the Sunday Night Movie, and it was always the cheesy Roger Morwen. So he's kind of really my in on 007, so now I watch it and I kind of expect him to all be goofy.

Yeah, I guess Sean Connery was like my mom. My mom was just in love with Sean Connery. Not the old Sean Connery with the beard, but the young, young, young Sean Connery. The one with the hairpiece? I don't know if he had a hairpiece on.

He always looks like he had a hairpiece on. Even when he was young, he looked like that. Yeah, that's the one that she liked. So that was the one that we watched all the time. She would always go and rent the VHS tapes with Sean Connery, and we would sit and watch that.

Didn't your dad try to say he thought he looked like Sean Connery? My dad thinks he looks like Sean Connery. He looks absolutely nothing like Sean Connery. I've seen your daddy. He looks more like Barney Fife.

No, he doesn't look like Barney Fife. He's kind of a cross between Andy Griffith and. I can't think of who. Your dad has, like, physical resemblance? No, just, like, general mannerisms and stuff.

I was going by physical resemblance. Well, I don't even know physical resemblance. He looks like some senator, because he's been. A British senator? No, yeah.

There's a senator that he's been mistaken for several times. Like, a couple times when he was in D.C. Nobody wants to be mistaken for a senator. Yeah, I know. It's kind of weird.

I don't remember who it was, though. Not Sean Connery. Not Sean Connery. Yeah, I wouldn't... What important enough at the time when he was telling me because I was probably 18 and I really could care less.

Shut up, dude. Yeah, I don't care. Oh, well, I mean, that was my thing. So the more I got into it, I was like, well, they I mean, every time they redo a property, they kind of redo the whole thing. And so I guess it shouldn't bother me as much as it does, especially because I wasn't that hardcore Jack Ryan anyway.

I just I watched the Harrison Ford wins probably more than the other ones anyway, so I don't know. It was weird. Other than that, if you take that out, if I didn't care what the dude's name was, it was a decent. Or if you had no familiarity with him whatsoever. If you just went into it, oh, this is a new movie.

Shadow Recruit. They just called it Shadow Recruit. Jake Ryan's so dreamy. He is now. But yeah, I don't know.

It's just like it's... It's a decent espionage kind of movie. It's fine and all. It was entertaining. Yep, that was my issue.

Did you watch anything else? I did watch The Last Days on Mars with Schreiber. Schreiber? Schreiber. Cotton Weary?

Cotton Weary is how I usually refer to him. I'm sure he appreciates that as well. Is he still married to Naomi Watts? Weren't they married? I just pulled that out of my ass.

I might have just pulled that out of my ass. Looks like a job for Google. But it's one of those, like, I remember when it, I kind of remember when it came out. I feel like it gets mixed up with every other, like, Mars movie. Because there were, like, for some reason, they got on a kick of making weird Mars movies for a while.

Yeah, they had, like, Ghost of Mars. Red Planet. That one's way back, but then there was like, yeah, that was with the Val Kilmer one, wasn't it? Like, they just kept like every. On Ice-T or Ice Cube or.

No, that was Ghost of Mars, but no, I think Val Kilmer was on Red Planet. What about. Was. Did any of the Chronicles of Riddick have anything to do with Mars? Or were they just had regular planets?

I don't know. I didn't really get into those. I tried to watch... I can't. I can't watch it anymore.

I can't. I liked the first one, didn't I? See, I liked the first one at the time. Is that the quirky one where he's talking about? No, that was the last one.

Oh, that one's horrible. See, I could not. I sat through it because I usually finish them when I start them. But like, man, he just pisses me off so much now. Specifically when he's like, well, he's always that character.

He's the same cocky bastard in all of those movies. But like the ending of it was just so just, I don't know. It was just. I blocked out the ending because it was so incredibly bad. It was incredibly bad, but just his dialogue between him and the one chick.

Yeah, that was my problem. His dialogue between him and everybody. But him and the chick was nothing but date rapey. Yeah, it was all date rapey. It was all, you know, ha, ha, ha, sexual assault, so funny.

I know. I was like, dude, really? He's creepy anyway, but something about that movie. Because I don't remember it being quite that bad. Pitch Black.

I think I blocked out if I attempted to watch Chronicles of Riddick. But I remember being okay with Pitch Black, but also I remember I saw it like that first time it came out, and I had no idea who that dude was. So I didn't have all the built-up years of like, ugh, Vin Diesel, I hate that guy. Where now I can't enter anything that I don't want to just. He looks like a drunk baby.

He does. He does. He does look like a drunk baby. That's a pretty good description. I hate him.

You know what Liev Schreiber's real first name is? Isaac. Is he just trying to confuse people? He is fucking with your shit. So I have to be like, Liev...

Liev... No, that's not him. And look, he is still in fact married to Naomi Wong. He's all partners up with her. It just says partners.

I don't know if they're married. That's a half-brother named Pablo. We're easily amused. Anyway, Last Days on Mars. So it was one of those, I do kind of remember watching the trailers, but then I remembered it more as being super artsy, intellectual kind of space movie.

I thought it was going to be a little more like. It's no Phantoms, I'll tell you that. Dude, that was the bombing Phantoms. But I expected it to be more of. moon kind of thing like moon got really super like smart and wordy and talky and like it was sort of sort of sci-fi and art house at the same time so i kind of thought maybe that's where this was gonna go nope totally like i was either i was way off or it just takes a turn really early on and like fools you that i just wouldn't pay attention on the trailer but yeah it's total like old school sci-fi monster movie kind of thing like it just becomes sort of a sci-fi action kind of movie it's all strange it's not bad it was like it was all right it just it was totally not like the whole time I'm like is this really where they're going and then like an hour later I'm like they're still this is all they're doing all right well that's fun I'm cool with it like it's just not what I expected at all but you know I've never heard of this movie leaves really good.

In it Isaac Isaac is fantastic. Isaac is very interesting Mr. Naomi Watts he's a great actor there's a whoever that chick is I had to look her up on IMDb she was really good the female lead As the movie pans out. I already closed that page, so we're not going to look it up again. It was entertaining.

But yeah, don't go in expecting anything more than a sci-fi action kind of movie. Anything else did you watch? Oh, I'm about to watch something. What are we going to watch? We're going to watch a movie!

Are you alright? Yeah, I had a lot of tea with a lot of sugar today. And I just ate some burritos. You're all burritoed up. I am again, but I'm excited.

Now you're going to settle in and watch... Forget Me Not? Maybe. You forgot it, but what do we watch? Exactly.

A super adorable Bella Thorne. She's like 10 years old. I thought we were watching the cheerleader movie. Nobody seemed excited about the cheerleader movie. Oh, okay, whatever.

I'm fine with it. I think it's going to end up on one of these in the near future. Okay. Was that one cheerleader movie we watched forever ago that I was very mad about? It's just going to be my comment whenever we do get around to watching the cheerleader movie.

It's no pep squad for me. Pep squad. I have that on DVD. Why? I came across it recently.

Actually, it wasn't even that recent. It was years ago. I bought it just to be able to prove to people that it exists. I bought it for cheap, but I bought it specifically. I think I could then lord it over you and be like, we might watch pep squad.

No, I will never watch that movie again. I was very disappointed because no cheerleaders died. They have to come up with an entertaining cover. Even if it's misleading or a complete and utter lie. Yeah.

Alright, let's go watch the movie. And then we'll be back. Yeah. To help me to remember Baby, please forgive me now I want you to remember Soon you'll forgive me now To help me to remember Baby, please forgive. Me now.

Let's do some shots! Cheers! Who wants some? We're done! We graduated!

I graduated! I graduated! Stop the car! Hannah, this is Chad's car. Who's Chad?

Sandy, you're acting like a lunatic. Who was she? Hey, who's there? Do you remember me? What?

Do you remember me? You will. This isn't real. People will just disappear. It's like he was never here.

Are you. Coming? Jay! All right. We are back post movie ready to get into this week.

So for the future, which is forget me, not the year's 2009. The director is Tyler Oliver. And they plot, according to IMDb, and I think I'm just going to read the first half because the rest just tells the entire story. It's graduation weekend and Sandy Channing, the popular class president of her small town high school, should be enjoying the time of her life. But when her friends start disappearing, and then you have to continue on.

So we'll get into that anyway. That we will. There will be major spoiler alerts probably. Spoiler alert thrown down. So, first off, we've been going to do this since about 2009, I think.

It's been quite some time. Because, yeah, it was like, right? It wasn't even out yet at the time, I'm pretty sure. Like, it had a weird release. Like, it didn't get released.

Or it's another one of those that, like, they released it in Canada or something. And then, like, they didn't release it here. So, like, it's one of those we knew about. For a while. And maybe... had watched before it was officially out.

That's a good possibility. Sometimes that happens when you're a movie geek. But yeah, so it took it a while before I think it officially made its way out to the world. I remember watching at the time going, yeah, we need to talk about this because there's a lot to talk about. There was a lot of slutty people in this movie and a lot of people that I was just waiting for them to die horribly.

None of them. Died horribly enough to suit their jackass-y attitudes, I don't think. See, that's the thing. It starts out, that first 15, 20 minutes, you're just, like, knee-deep in cliche horror people that you want to watch die. It was all the same cliche.

They didn't have, like, their bases covered, you know? It was all the slutty jackasses. There was no, like, There was no black people. There was no really nerd people. They were all smart Asians.

It was all the popular, jackass-y, slutty, football stoner people. It was a realistic way of people how they hang out with their own dorky white people types. Every once in a while, maybe they'll get open-minded and branch out a little bit. But there's a lot of people that probably fall right into this category. Super privileged, annoying white people.

Yep. That pretty much summed them up. And I wanted them to all die. And pretty much they did. Spoiler alert.

I have to say, like, I don't know. It's far from a perfect movie. But I do like what it ends up doing just because I give it points for, like, I don't think I've ever seen a movie do this before. I don't know what the whole, the plot itself, the premise seems vaguely familiar. Like, perhaps it was also a Twilight Zone episode at some point.

Stolen from Twilight. It does feel kind of like. Actually, there was one. There was one with the astronauts. Remember the astronauts come back and their plane crashed?

Yeah. And they slowly disappear. One by one. Yeah. And only one guy remembers and he's trying to convince everybody else.

Yeah. It's the exact same fucking plot. I just realized that. And oddly enough, also had Bella Thorne. Dude, she's so fucking awesome.

She's eternal. But I'm serious. I'm not making it up. That is a Twilight Zone episode. It is.

I remember that one. I feel like the basic setup and the way that it works sometimes feels like a bunch of other different horror movies. But yeah, the resetting the timeline aspect is pretty interesting. And I feel like I haven't seen that a ton outside of maybe that. Twilight Zone episode.

Well, that threw me off. Because at one point, the slutty girl is wearing her little slutty skirt. But then after one of the people disappears and it alters their change... I just totally spoiler alerted again... Well, not really.

I mean, I didn't tell you which one of the jackasses died. But she goes from wearing her slutty skirt to slutty pants because the disappearance of that person altered their plans from going to the beach to going to the mountains instead. Again, that's what I'll give them credit for in the structuring and writing of this. Again, the dialogue. is nothing special. It's kind of what you'd expect from cliche horror people.

But the mapping it out works pretty well because you get to the point where... It's really kind of jarring that first time when they're on the motorcycle and they're on the car, and then the motorcycle disappears, and you're like, wait, what the fuck? Because their plans changed. But, no, my favorite was then when it gets down to less people, and then the vehicle disappears and they're back to the motorcycle. It's because the guy who disappeared and went back home was the only one who could drive that car, if you remember.

So now they had to be, because he was the only one driving the vehicle when they go out on the other trips, and then he is not with them in the new timeline, so they had to be on the motorcycle again. Again, it's not just randomly slapped together. I will give him credit for the structuring. It's pretty exactly mapped out how everything needs to be to end up like it is. Why would he bring a freaking boogie board to the mountains?

I have nothing to say to you. Excuse me? About tj who the heck is tj nope. I don't want to be with anybody else not now not ever you're. Trash fuck you sandy see.

Lex just because you're sin to fucking rela doesn't give you the right to judge the rest of us do me. A favor lex and shut the fuck up. Jesus jake wake up you think it's just me she thinks you're trash too she thinks the whole family's. Garbage i'm very impressed with that because i mean i've only seen it twice now and the first time i I think I missed some things, like the slutty skirt change. But going back and watching it again, there's more things I picked up on.

Oh, that's why that's like that. It was like a total mind blown, that's why she's wearing pants. It was like a good five, ten minutes later, I'm like, that's. Why she's changed clothes. It's because they're going to the mountains instead.

It took me that long to sit there. I'm like, why would it be the point of them changing her outfit? Oh. I'm a little slow. And she was very slutty.

Which one? The super slutty girl. Other than our main character girl, they were all kind of slutty. They were all super slutty. I was trying to think, was there a non?

Nope, they were all slutty. Well, no, the main girl wasn't really slutty. That's what I'm saying. Her brother wasn't really slutty. He's just dorky, yeah.

He's just dorky. But not like dorky dorky. He's still a popular kid dorky. Well, that's the other thing. And I was like, I don't know if that was being affected by the timeline shifts.

But even in the beginning, I'm like, did they not say he was valedictorian and like skipped a grade? I'm like, so for somebody that's that hardcore, even if he isn't a super geek because he loves education and he just wants to get ahead in college. Like even if he just happens to be pretty smart. He fell right into the partying end of it pretty quick for a guy who's valedictorian of his class. That, like, next thing you know, he's, like, just...

I don't know. He's drinking heavily and partying with the rest of these idiots who have. But then, later during the thing, didn't they mention that his sister was valedictorian? Yeah. So maybe at that.

Or were they... They were both? That's what I thought. I thought they were kind of co, but, like, still, like. I don't know.

She sort of did. But by the end when he's like toking up, I was just like, so did this change with the timeline? And now he's not really all that smart anymore. He's more interested in being a stoner kid. But yeah, they didn't really pan out any extra on that.

So you don't really see if that was more or he just all of a sudden decided he needed to get high. But I don't know. I thought that was an interesting mix that I can't decide if was on purpose or just happened as it went along. I don't know. I just spent most of the movie being like, where do I know that person from?

Where have I seen that person before? That was the first 20 minutes. Yeah, then we had to get out the phones and the IMDB and be like, oh, that person's from Miley, from Hannah Montana, that one person's from the Lizzie McGuire. I mean, the whole time I was like, I know, I know that dude. That one guy was from Son-in-Law.

Had to break back really low on that one. You're digging deep to get that one. I was. I was scraping the bottom much like he was at some point. But yeah, I just thought it was interesting how they did go through and how each person's disappearance affected the entire timeline.

Like, when the girl, the sister, when she disappeared, how their dad went from being this joking, you know, fun-loving guy, sort of, you know, to a degree, to just this fucking asshole. You know? The whole rest of the movie is just a dick. Yeah, it's just, you know, the fact that they went through and they made all these changes and it. You might miss some of the things.

I mean, some of the things are pretty blatantly obvious, but some of them are, you know, the little, it's the little things that I like that I appreciate that they went through and put that little thing in there for that person. It's like, oh. Like the cop without his daughter all of a sudden has a molestash. That was pretty rowdy. That was like a full-on, like, creeper mustache.

It is that, again, there's like, they ease their way into it so that you really, like, the first couple of times it happens, you're just like, Are they just, like, messing with her? Because you do get that, like, who's TJ? Like, he's a jerk. I don't like that guy. Who's TJ?

Who's Chad? Because nobody wants to, but they know a Chad, because Chad's are all jackasses. Unless you're listening. I'll work with one. And you're a Chad, then quit being a douche.

That guy, in this case, was completely a douche. I don't know. I had a friend named Chad, and he wasn't a douche. He is now. Now.

Did he have a bitching car like this, Chad? Actually, he had an older Monte Carlo. It was a pretty decent Monte Carlo. Me and him were really good friends. I quit the job that I was working at and went somewhere else.

That was the last time I saw him. Sometimes that kills you. Yeah, sometimes that happens. My main problem with this movie is when the girl... Was it Chad she was with?

The douchebag? Was it his class ring? Yeah. When they get into a fight after having just had sex in the car... And he's like, oh, I'm done with this because he's a jackass.

Anyways, she rips off his ring, which. Yeah. Do you want me to go into that now? You can go into that. Because that was mine I've noticed many, many times over the years.

It's like in any scene, like it's always like usually it's they're wearing a ring or some sort of fancy necklace they gave him for a present or no one. I don't think anyone has ever unclasp the necklace and given it back to someone or thrown it in a river or. thrown in a ravine or whatever dramatic move they have to make. It's obviously also not dramatic and cool to reach back behind your head and start fumbling with it, trying to unclasp it. You just have to rip it off. Because then you have to go, can you get this for me?

It's stuck in my hair. Ow, my hair. So yeah, they just dramatically rip it off and throw it into the lake. I don't know. I just thought that's funny because I've noticed that so many times over there.

And I'm like, in the real world, have I ever seen anyone just rip a chain off of their neck? But maybe I don't get involved in. Drama, so. I'm sure there's been plenty of people in their high school relationships. Or things that function like high school relationships.

I've never ripped a chain off my neck. Yeah, I haven't either. I don't mean either. So, somewhere out there, I'm sure somebody's going through a really horrible excuse for a relationship, and it's happened to me. I mean, I've done some pretty bad stuff.

Nothing that I'm going to mention. But then she throws the ring into the lake, which is completely unjustifiable because this guy's just Chad. That part made sense. The next part makes no sense. Okay, he abandons your ass on the side.

Of the lake. Actually, that didn't surprise me. Yeah, it didn't surprise me. I'm not surprised by that. But he abandons your ass.

Why do you go wading in the water looking for this jackass's ring? Yeah, exactly. That doesn't make any sense. As she's wading in, I'm like, But you threw it there. If you wanted it, why did you throw it there?

Yeah, exactly. Like, if he's a dick and you don't want anything to do with him, then don't go looking for it. He drove off in his bitching Camaro and left you on the... It's not really a Camaro, I don't think. I just like to say bitching Camaro.

But anyways, he left her ass there on the side of the lake and she goes in there like a dipshit. I'm like, this fucker just literally fucked you in his car and just fucking left you there after breaking up with you. Oh, but you have to go get the ring back. She's a dipshit, that's why. She was the first to die, and I was okay with that.

She's a horror, cliche dipshit. But her underpants matched. That's pretty fancy for that kind of hoe. I mean, unless maybe she was just planning on being in her underpants the entire time. She seemed like that kind of girl.

So yeah, maybe that's why she was just planning ahead to probably not be wearing clothes quite often. That's a good possibility. Why not make them match and look extra fancy? Sandy, what the hell's going on? You're acting like a lunatic.

Hannah, this is Chad's car. Who's Chad? The pretty boy asshole? The guy who drives this car? Oh, yeah, you fucked him yesterday.

How about that? Sandy, come on. You're freaking me out, all right? She's out of her goddamn mind. Shut up!

Sandy, what the fuck is going on? What is this, Jake? Is this some kind of joke? I don't know, Sandy. I do like it.

Again, it's also one of those that you start playing with, and it's a dynamic that's in a lot of horror movies and a lot of thriller, and you get, even going back, like, a lot of your, like, Hitchcock stuff. Like, you get that wrong man scenario, but then, like, you get it sort of magnified when it starts to be the crazy scenario where suddenly everybody else in the movie thinks you are completely insane. Yeah. And, like, only the viewer going along for the ride is just like, but no, it did just happen. I saw that it disappeared.

And, like. So when we get halfway in and everybody is like, what is wrong with her? Like, it is kind of cool because it's a whole new aspect of like, it's just a dumb horror movie up to that point. Now you're like, whoa, wait, okay, what is going on? And in which side are we going to end up on?

Is it, is it that she is? Cause then that became the twist actually right about this time or even a little earlier, everything became the, it's all in their mind. And like you were duped, stupid audience members. So, It really was every other character was right, and we were watching it from the perspective of the crazy person the whole time. That became a real standard move for several years there in movies.

So it's kind of, again, almost refreshing to not have it be that. To be like, no, it really was kind of going on the way that she was seen. Do you want to go into the people that return from after they were attacked? These new spirits. The Manson video rejects.

I believe is how you put it. Well, I mean, you got to think about it. I mean, it seems kind of silly throughout the movie. It seems kind of odd. But when you get to the very end of the movie, when it shows the kids how they were dressed up, If you notice, they're kind of dressed up in kind of shambly rags, and some of them have duct tape around them and stuff like that.

I mean, it does at least make sense. That's the thing. I do remember, or that first time I watched it, I really don't remember piecing together just how much they're just recreating the game. I think I remember focusing more on the timeline resetting itself and thinking that was cool, but I'm like, at the same time, it's simultaneously completely recreating the game. Because they're all becoming the ghosts.

In the spirit world, yeah. It's not just the original girl taking them out one by one, just her each time. It's like each time she picks up new people and more people. And they become the ghosts. And it gets to be the ghost graveyard game.

Yeah. So, yeah. This time I really was kind of like focusing on how much it's just, oh, the entire thing is just recreating the game that injured her or made her. Traumatized. Have an epileptic fit or I don't know what exactly went down.

She ended up going into a coma yeah so I don't know maybe she hit her head really hard. She did hit her head on the door it seemed like when she ran towards it she hit her head and then put her in a seizure or whatever. Yeah and then probably went into a coma I don't know exactly but that's what it kind of. Seemed like I don't think I'd realize the first time that the girl at the beginning was supposed to have been the grown up version of the Bella Thorne character I don't think I'd realize that the very first time I was just like who the fuck's this chick and I just kind of forgot. I kind of figured it out when she jumped off the cliff and disappeared and I was like oh okay well I guess that's the other girl because she asked do you remember me and the other girl said no she said no because she didn't remember her at first.

You will I know. So what was the whole end about was it just like her I guess getting her revenge and getting her she gets to come back to life wakes her up from the coma and the other girl takes her place. She sort of yeah replaced her like she got her what did they say it was like six years in between so like She got her six years in the coma, and she brought her into the coma, and so now we need a sequel when they loop around again. Wait till Bella Thorne's character. Starring Bella Thorne.

They could do that now. I mean, now she is doing horror movies slash TV series, so she has become the final girl kind of thing. And starring on cereal boxes. Which one's Bella Thorne, the little girl or the older girl? She was the little version.

Oh. But this was 2009. Why was she on your cereal box? By now, she's a superstar. That was a long time ago.

And now she's like an actress and a singer. Oh, she is? Why was she on your cereal box? I don't know. I kind of thought it was weird, too.

It's an odd time. Is she on like a Wheaties box? No, she was on Cocoa Pimples. She is the gold medal champion and star of Shake It Up. What?

Bella Filler. What? What's Shake It Up? Boyfriend is not hip to the teen scene. I don't know.

What you're going to do, man. The teen scene? The teen scene of like three seasons. Ago yeah there's a new scream show too until she dies does she die i think they. All die it's kind of how their promos have been going like i like that they're taking that on a side trip into a different series here but i do like again because they're building so much i mean the scream franchise is built on nothing but making fun of and commenting on horror cliches.

They're doing more screams it's a tv series yeah Who the hell wants to watch that? I want to watch it. I got T-voted. The first time I heard it, I was like, oh, really? And then I saw that first trailer, and I was like, oh, they're doing something different with it.

I feel like they are putting some work into it. Well, maybe it'll be okay. I don't know. But as I was saying, though, that's how they're billing it, though. They're like, you know how you watch these horror movies, and you really just want to watch everybody die? well, that's what we're going to do.

So tune in every week and watch somebody die. And I'm like, that's, are they just going to be, are they just going to keep bringing on new characters and killing them off? Well, I think it's a whole show of red shirts. Is that what it is? It's kind of like a set, like the cable wins are just like 10 episodes or 12 episodes.

I think they've got that whole season mapped out. It seems like one of my favorite shows, one of my favorite shows is mapped out like that. Okay. Harper's Island. I have talked and sang the praises of Harper's Island for many a year.

And it's one of those where, It had a set number. This was what it was going to run from this to this. And each episode, I'm pretty sure, each episode, one person in the wedding party died. And the name of the episode gave a hint as to what their death was going to be. Pretty sneaky.

I love that show. I do. I'm so smitten with that show. It's probably where my infatuation was the... the guy from Top Gear came from, because the guy in that show reminds me of him. Hammond?

Yes. Oh, let's see. So we got sidetracked on those characters, though. I think it was cool that they're recreating that game, but. And everybody should watch Harper's Island, because I fucking love that show.

If there's the cheesy part of this movie, it is that whole aspect. To me, that's the part I'm just like, oh, this really is a low-budget horror movie. Which part? The other, as they become the ghosts or whatever. The garbage bag people.

Yeah, whatever the duct tape people are. Well, they CG'd their faces to make. Them a little bit scarier. Were they CG'd or were they, like, masculine? Well, it was both.

Like, one of them would have, like, a really bad prosthetic giant mouth on, and then another one they would switch to a really bad CG giant mouth. Where the mouth would stretch. Big sharp teeth. Pointy fangs. I feel like all of that looks pretty cheesy.

Like, whichever version you get, either prosthetic or CG. They both were done kind of cheesy, but... Yeah, they were trying. Yeah, they do the little flittery Marilyn Manson video effects. That's what I kept saying, like, these are Marilyn Manson video rejects.

Well, I mean, again, it became. And the scene in the chapel, I'm like, this is straight out of a fucking Manson video. I've seen this video before, where she, like, breaks through the window, and there's all, you know, the little... The Manson Twitch. You know what I'm talking about.

Well, I feel like this was even super cliche by the time we get to this movie. 2009. I feel like it was early 2000s. Because to me, that always feels like when they started doing all the Japanese horror remakes in America. And all of the Japanese horror spirits have weird twitchy things that they do.

And when it first came out, it was creepy. It was creepy. It was fucking creepy. None of them meowed. Because we...

That's also a little creepy. It shouldn't be, but it's still disturbing. What? Meowed? In the...

Is that the grudge? I think I'm pretty sure it was the grudge. The little boy who meowed. The little boy meows. Meow.

I don't remember how it actually sounded. Nothing good like that. It wasn't like a kitten. Oh, yeah. That was annoying.

Everybody's like, oh, my God, that's so scary. I'd be like, you know what? I'm going to punt that kid across the room like a cat. Meow. Yeah.

But yeah. Get out of my yard. Starting with the ring as they started doing all the remakes. It became the thing. So it's like.

After about the 20th movie, you're like, all right, I've seen this. It's not scary anymore. And then every American movie. Has the black hair. And had to do the black hair over the face.

And the twitchy movements. And the backward movement recorded forward. And there's other, like there's other, yeah. Or they'll take out frames where they jump around, which that. I still think I've always credited like the first time I really remember seeing somebody do that.

And it's not really what people consider, at least not slasher. It's sort of horror. Jacob's Ladder. I've not seen it. It was one of the first time in his weird crazy flashback.

Dude, that's a great movie. It's, but I remember that's the first time I saw that visual style and again, nobody ever gives Avery line credit for doing anything. I've not seen it. I bought it on clearance but I've not yet watched it. We need to watch it.

It's weird. It's got some really messed up stuff in it but so much of it is straight. So much of it is him just talking and it's normal but then he goes into those weird vision flashbacks whatever you think they are and it Yeah, those weird images. Like, that's the first time I remember seeing that. And then it feels like all the other ones started doing it.

You got tons of, like, video game movies started. like I'm pretty sure like Silent Hill people do that and all your Parasites. Apparently I didn't get the full aspect of Jacob's Ladder because I wasn't. Stoned I. Guess I missed out I guess I do everything wrong because apparently I've missed out on all things because you're not stoned man you gotta you're not seen it the right way and I'm like you know what fuck you alright. I think I should be able to enjoy it normal.

If you want to. Up it with your special level of stone. As normal as I can get. I do like, and I'm sure we all thought this. Jay, you said it out loud as we got to them playing the game.

That game sucks with two people. Yeah. Bella, I'm sorry. No, it's not a good game with two people. You can't.

You can't do it. It's just tag and a low-rent version of tag. Yeah, exactly. With two people. You know, I'm going to go hide.

It's hide-and-seek. I used to play hide-and-seek with my cousin Aaron all the time. Yeah, but it's different. He just would go hide somewhere and you'd never come. He'd be like, Misty's been looking for me for eight hours.

Shh. I mean, I played hide-and-seek. Like, if you've got two people, that's fine. Three people's okay. But the game that they're...

The specific game that they're playing, okay. Think about it. One person's the ghost and the other people have to hide. And as you tag one person. They become a ghost too.

Maybe it's just their version of hide and seek. But then it does you no good if you've got two people because once you tag the other person, then the fucking game's over. Then they become the ghost. And then you're going to start all over again. But then it's back and forth.

The whole idea of why... And as they did it, I was like, it's a variation on a couple games, but I don't remember ever playing one like it. And I'm like, it's actually kind of cool because it becomes a mounting thing. When you become the last one, you win, supposedly. But when you're the last two, suddenly you have eight kids running after you.

Exactly. It's not like... the one person that's it in most traditional little kid games. It's like, suddenly it's a zombie, you know, horde coming after you, and it's a little creepier. As a kid's game. And that's the way it is.

As they start getting picked off one by one. In the movie, yeah. Yeah, you see the, you know, you got a whole horde of flickering garbage bag duct tape monsters. Coming after you. I hate when that happens.

It's kind of hard to stop duct tape, really. It is pretty impressive. You can blowtorch it, maybe. It's how I hold myself together most of the time, and I'm not dead that you know of. It's how I'm holding my finger together right now.

Most of the days, I have it on me somewhere, holding me together. Well, this is a thousand-mile tape. It's military-grade duct tape. My other main problem was the... Seriously, guys, you couldn't get better Halloween express decorations for your abandoned house?

No. I mean... The inside was almost passable, but outside, come on now. That is obviously the fake spiderwebs. It's not even realistic.

There ain't no cobwebs hanging like that. We had an abandoned house right next door to us. For how many years was that abandoned? Two, three years? No huge cobwebs hanging from there.

Ghost kids wandering around the yard or anything? No. Most we got out of it was that huge decoupage picture of the apocalypse. Which is fucking awesome. And you gave it away.

I know. Well, I didn't have any room for it in the garage. I wouldn't let you bring it in the house. It's hanging in Richie's living room. It's his trophy.

It's the centerpiece. It pulls the room together. He's forever in my debt. Is that right? Something like that.

For giving him that. Wooden decoupage for Horseman of the Apocalypse. There's the real horror of this story. Dude, it was awesome. You've met Richie.

You've seen him excited. Yeah. God. I can only imagine. This is more, like, this is the.

It was like a five-minute dude. This is the greatest thing that has ever happened to his. Life, was me giving him that. Because he saw it in my garage, and he was just like, oh, my God. Oh, my God.

Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God.

Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Where'd you get that? Like when Misty saw Velvet Kenny. Yeah.

Dude. You weren't even there when it happened, I don't think. Dude. Dude. I was still dude-ing for like hours later.

You still walk past it. Dude. He hangs by the bed. What are you talking about? I just sit and stare at it.

If you've missed the previous episodes, yeah. She is the owner of a velvet Kenny Rogers. And a velvet Willie Nelson. And a velvet Elvis. So if anybody out there could score me a velvet Conway Twitty, I will be as indebted to you as Richie is to Jay for the Four.

Horsemen of the Apartment. Or a velvet Dolly Parton. That'd be pretty rowdy too. That would be awesome. Patsy.

Or who else did you want? Conway Twitty. Conway Twitty. Or a velvet George Jones. That would be pretty rowdy.

That would be pretty cool. We got a George Jones clock, so that one's pretty cool. That is amazing. It's Deco Posture, I think. Deco Posture, George Jones clock.

These are very special items you have here at the Bastion. You bought that on the day he died. I did. Did I? Yes, you did.

I did. Not even going there. We were just having to be out at Heller's. Mall and he passed away that morning and she found the George Jones clock. The spirit of George coming to you.

It's the album of who's going to fill their shoes on the day that he passed away. Which is a song about country singers passing away. She held it up. She goes, do we need this? And I was like, Yeah, we need that.

And then I was like, oh, it's $ 15. Fucking A, it's 50% off. We are getting this shit. And then a twitchy garbage bag clad George Jones started hanging around you. I wouldn't mind.

He's pretty cool. I also like, well, again, if you want to think about it too much, the fact that he describes it as the physical or metaphysical tangent that they're on. Like, all right, that does explain the story. But I like it better that they, in this little version of the tangent, they were using that as the reason to screw. Well, yeah.

Well, I mean, we're on a metaphysical tangent. So, number one, I mean, this ain't gonna matter. Let's go ahead and get it on. And number two, we better hurry up because we might disappear soon. And did they do it in April?

Hotel pool yes no I was like well more than that I was like even in the water I guess people couldn't see but then they were just hanging out in the chairs I'm like did they just do it on like because the whole thing. Is set up as like the old school cheesy like the old motel motel yeah like all of the rooms go around the balcony and it all looks down on the pool. So I'm like, I don't think anybody was there. Did you just do it in front of the entire motel? Because she kept banging on doors and nobody was answering.

Yeah, yeah. It seemed kind of abandoned. Like our other movie cliche moment. Yeah. As we later get to the hospital.

It's another one of those, I've thought that before and you said the same thing. You're just like, How come in movies nobody's ever in the hospital? They aren't. I've never been to a hospital where it's empty. In horror, half the time it is like a weird dream sequence or something.

But once you get into this, it's like, no, that wasn't really a dream. It's a tangent reality, I suppose. But still, it seems like in any hospital. Maybe she never woke up from being drugged. It's all in her mind.

Maybe. Now you're right back to the part that I thought was stupid. Which part? With movies. When we watch the whole thing, and it's just all happening in their mind.

Yeah. But, yeah, I don't know. That, again, is just such a movie cliche. It's every movie, though. I mean, just about every single movie, the hospital is just completely abandoned.

Like, not even anybody at the desk. No, nobody at the nurse's station. Nobody roaming the halls. Maybe if it's the middle of the night. But even that's unusual if you go to a hospital.

There's somebody stumbling down the halls. There's somebody in the hallway. Some nurse making rounds. Some nurse playing solitaire on the computer behind the desk. When she gets to...

That man's playing Galaga. When she gets to the desk and there's not even anybody at the desk. I was like, what hospital is this? Because I do not want to stay there. And she's rifling around in the files.

Like, I don't think that's legal. You stay out of those files. They're personal. The other thing I was going to give credit for, though, is the... Go back to our director here, Tyler Oliver.

Because, like, watching it, like, again, for a guy who hadn't directed movies before... Was this his first movie? Hadn't... He's not really a big name. The.

Like, the shots are... Like, you get several. Like, early on, when we get to the, you know, as much as I don't like anybody in that party... That shot at the beginning, like, it just goes. Through the party.

Yeah, that's a good shot. The entire thing is tracking through the party, around people, goes in a room, comes back out of that room, loops around the couch. Like, the whole thing is really well shot for, you know, a cheesy horror movie. That part's pretty well put together. And then, like, a few minutes later when they get to the graveyard and you see, like, the first time all the kids start playing and it starts following all of them through the graveyard.

It's, again, just, like, pretty creative shots. for a cheesy horror movie and i'm like for a guy who i guess hadn't done much at the time because i don't remember hearing about him and then i looked him up this is pretty much his only movie yeah he's listed as this and the same year he's co-director of a documentary kenny ray fairly release which sounds like something that probably never saw the light of day doesn't even have a poster So in my mind, he made one movie. And yeah, kind of impressively shot for somebody who hadn't made a movie before and looks like hasn't made a movie since. So I don't know. I thought that was kind of weird. I guess he moved on to just cinematographer because he did a couple of shorts in like the early 2000s.

And now he worked on a movie in 2005. So that's the last thing he's done even before that. Maybe he's a ghost now. That might be it. They're running around all jittery.

That's why I can't make a movie anymore. The camera jumps all around. Does it stop some people? It didn't stop the Cloverfield man. T.J.

Miller. I don't think he actually shot. It. I'm surprised I haven't seen any of these other people in anything else since then. It's been quite some time.

Aside from Bella Thorne. Yeah. She became the breakout and that's because she was such a kid that she's had time to turn in a actual career sense. But usually you end up seeing people turn up in more horror movies or more you know along the same line to get killed off horribly. I think like even like maybe not the other slutty girls but like either our main girl or the brother like the brother was pretty likable and like the kind of guy you remember like immediately I was just like I know that guy from something so it seems like that would get him cast in.

More things he was the one from Hannah Montana I know that's why I know him he was Jake Ryan. But he was the rock star that she was dating I. Don't remember really I kind of do sadly I. Do But she, yeah, I mean, just those kind of people, like you think they would sort of get, at least get roped into the horror world and turn up in a whole bunch of other horror movies. And I'm pretty sure her boyfriend was Bobby Briggs' older brother.

He looked like him. They resembled each other. His hair wasn't as floppy and he wasn't near as pretty, but they did look like they had a relation in some way. Older brother in what time? Like when Twin Peaks was a new thing?

He could be like, yeah. This is a tangent timeline. Yeah. He does. He looks like he could be the Bobby Briggs from Twin Peaks back in the days.

Older brother. I don't know. Anything else? I liked this movie. I was pleasantly surprised.

For as cliche as many things are, as bad as those effects are once we get to the trash bag duct tape ghosts, I still kind of like it. And I still like the weird way that it plays out. And I think it is sort of original, the The way that it maps out the alternate timelines and how it just immediately kicks back and takes people out of the loop and nobody else knows who they are. And I think that's creepy and sort of well done. So, again, why this dude didn't make some more movies, I don't know.

He had potential. It's the only thing he wrote, too. He's not even writing anything else. What the hell's wrong with you? Are we sure he's still alive?

Did you, Tyler? Tyler, if you're out there, dude, email us. Let us know what's going on. Are you okay? Are you a ghost?

Do you need us to come rescue you? Are you being held hostage? Maybe he's one of those people that's like tied up in somebody's basement and has been since 2009. It's a good possibility. All they give him to entertain himself is podcasts.

So if you're listening, Tyler. We care. We care. We miss you. And break free and get their phone and send us a text.

Or call 911. I mean, mostly you should email us first. Yeah. Then call 911. Get yourself free.

And then go make some more movies. Because it can't be no worse than half the show that gets turned out now. Yeah, I don't think I have anything else. I like this movie. I thought it was fun.

Two thumbs up. Some of the effects were cheesy. But that's okay because it's still kind of fun. As long as you don't look too much into it and try to like, is that duct tape? Is that plastic bags?

Just be like, oh, that's creepy. And you'll be okay. I'm telling you, that's the cheesiest part. I feel like the rest of it falls into normal horror movie. Even the cheesy...

Some of the slutty girls are not the best actresses in the world, but it all kind of works like a normal level horror movie, cheesy acting. It's all good, but like, yeah. I'm a pirate. See, again, that stuff is pretty funny. His drunken ramblings about being a pirate, and then the fact that it comes up like two more times.

Like, I'm a pirate. I'm a pirate. It's a treasure chest. A treasure map, sorry. It's a treasure map.

Yeah. Whatever that drawing was, he made use of it. In the nasty hotel pool water. Or on the sidewalk in front of God and everyone. Grody.

At least it wasn't in a BP bath. But in the long run, she died. On the bright side, she quickly died. I'm just saying, so that way, it erased all that. So it never happened.

So whatever STD he got... It's gone. It's gone. But he's dead anyway, isn't he? Un-STD'd it, so it's fine.

A lot of those deaths probably did un-STD a lot. Of people in the real world. They were all pretty damn creepy. That Chad guy alone probably un. That was like all of them.

That was all the STDs. His demise probably cleaned up a good quarter of that city's population. Chad? Yeah. He was sleeping with everybody.

Exactly. Suddenly the free clinics or the hospital just deserted. Like, where's all those girls that were in here getting. That candy striper's okay now. Yeah, that poor girl.

Now she's all right. You know. So with that, kids, just say no to STDs. Say no to people named Chad. That too.

Try not to be so slutty or dress yourself in garbage bags and duct tape. That's going to be my Halloween costume this year. What are you talking about? I will be impressed the person who gets it. You have to have a giant mouth, garbage bags, and duct tape.

It'll be like, dude, forgive me not. That movie's awesome. Paint your face gray, too. Yeah. Do some stripes on your lips or whatever that chick had going on.

Good times. That it has been. So with that, I say we wrap it up. Wrap this shit on up and duct tape. Oh, I thought about that.

We will return next time. Same geek feed. Thanks for listening. Bye. Bye.

Ghosts in the graveyard Now run and hide Or join her At the devil's side Ghosts in the graveyard Clocks will chime Forgotten souls Erased. By time The night comes, it's not. Too late Kill. The ghost or seal your fate Forget me not It's just a game Flowers for the dead Don't you forget It's not too late Flowers on the grave Do you remember? You will remember her For, for, forget me not Ghosts in the shadows Run through the mist Once you're touched.

You won't exist. Run through the darkness Scream in your head Hold your breath And now you're dead Midnight comes, it's not too late Kill the ghost or seal your fate. Don't give me night. It's just a game. Flowers for the dead.

Don't you forget. It's not too late. Flowers on the grave. Do you remember? You will remember her.

Boy. Forgive me. It's just a game. It's not too late. Kill the ghost or seal your fate.

Flowers for the dead, forget me not. Flowers on the grave, do you remember? There is just one. Flowers for the dead Don't you forget It's not too late Flowers on the grave Do you remember It's just a game Flowers for the dead Don't you forget It's not too late Flowers on the grave. I don't know, but he just, like, lays on a bed in the hotel room and thinks about her.

And, like, he suddenly goes back in time. And I'm like. but. But it's, like, a real thing. He didn't have a flux capacitor. He went to his.

Yeah, I was like, where is the flux capacitor? He went to, like, his professor that wrote, like, this big thesis on time travel. And, like, that was the way he said to do it. Like, it really was, like, their whole theory on time travel was just go to the place you want to be. You have to be dressed time-appropriate.

No! That's not time travel. There's no lightning. There's no 88 miles an hour. There's no 1.21 gigawatts.

1.21 gigawatts. Plutonium, damn it. Libyans. There has to be a Liby. This episode is a production of Movie Meltdown, produced and edited by The Oddity Studios, with opening music performed by The Empires.
