Episode 36. Romancing This Waltz

Love is in the air, and it’s rather deadly. That’s what Christine, Emily, and special semi-regular cohostess Erica learn as they discuss two romantic(ish) films of very different natures. First up is 1984’s Romancing the Stone, an adventurous sort of comedy with all the cat ladies, Canadian tuxedos, and Danny Devito a gal can want. They pair that up with its natural double, Sarah Polley’s devastating Take This Waltz. Mixed in is a lot of arguing about the worst movie in the world, Silent House.
