5: Marked for Death

Steven Seagal is one of the biggest action stars of the '90s, starring in some of the biggest action films of the decade. He ended up dropping off the radar completely in the early 2000s, being relegated to the Walmart bargain bins and truck stop DVD corners. His talents all but forgotten by mainstream action fans, but no longer.

Join the Kulturecast's Chris Stachiw and film critic Trevor Gumbel as they continue their journey into the filmography of Seagal with a look at a true '90s classic: Marked for Death. Starring Seagal as a retired DEA agent, he's tasked with cleaning up his hometown of Chicago of a ruthless Jamaican gang lead by the indomitable Screwface. It's yet another entry into the Aikido master's filmography that truly fires on all cylinders.
