St Welcome back, midnight viewers to Von Doomfest. We have a face to do him these days before we were just flying blind. Joining me here discussing the latest edition. This is a weird one. Nevertheless, they have to be discussed for fuck's sake, because we're discussing all of the MCU characters and their films, and collectively this group is known as the Midnight Suns.
Joining me discussing the Midnight Suns. Originally Sons. Now I think it's the su n S, which is really lame. Anyway, HB is with us again. Hello, Hello, everybody.
That's him, Hello everybody. Okay, Midnight Suns. Let's talk Midnight Suns to Jos for a second, if we may. Now the original Okay, first of all, back in the day, back in the seventies, the very first group of monsters together fighting against a common purpose was the Legion of Monsters. But that group included Blade and the Manphibian nobody talks about him anymore, and Man Thing and Morvious and they basically come together for just a couple of issues.
And they thought that the Star Seed I believe it was called, And then they realized that they all kind of hated each other and they split up, which was a great ending to their things that they were like, is this even a group? What are we doing anyway? Bye? So now I've talked about this on our Blade episode that I did. I did an episode specifically about Blade with Paul Waller.
I'm going to post the notes to that. But as far as the history of Blade, you can hear way more into it there. But during the nineteen eighties, there were no vampires in the Marvel universe because Doctor Strange cast a spell banishing them. Okay, so consequently there was no Blade comics for the entirety of the nineteen eighties. Around eighty six or eighty seven, that spell was reversed and vampires were able to return, and including Blade, who immediately started a detective agency called Borderline Investigations with Hannibal King and Frank Drake and they were collectively known as the Knight Stalkers and they had their own line of comics for just a couple of years there, and then they ended up hooking up with a bunch of other Marvel monsters to all fight Lilith, who is one of the big villains in the Marvel Horror universe.
And they became collectively known as the Midnight Suns. Now, let me just read you a list of some of the members, and we're going to talk about obviously the ones that have had cinematic incarnations so far. Here we go Blade, Johnny Blaze, and Danny Ketch and Morbius. Now they've all been separately leaders of the Midnight Suns. The members, like I said, Blade, Kushallah, the Spirit Ride.
I'm gonna name a bunch that no one's ever heard of. Magic Nico, Minoru, Wolverine, he was one for a little while now, also Elsa Bloodstone, the Caretaker, the Dark Old Redeemers are in there, Vicky Montesi, Damian Hellstrom, Frank Drake I mentioned, Iron Fist was for a little while, man Thing, Scarlet Spider, Scarlet Witch just for two seconds. Fellow by the name of the Hood, who we do need to talk about because he has actually had an MCU appearance. It's just nobody saw it. Werewolf by Night Long is a member of the Midnight Suns.
Am I forgetting anybody. Was Moonnight ever a Midnight Sun? Did I not mention Moonnight because yes, he is a major member of the Midnight might have it just. Occurred to me that he fits into that aesthetic. I think Moonnight might have also been a member of the Legion of Monsters too, because that's right around the time that he was coming up and popular.
So they came together for a little while, Like I said, another limited run. They got together again in twenty ten. They've had a bunch of other things. But it's a good jumping off point because it is a collection of all of the Marvel Horror characters, and specifically all of the Marvel Horror characters that have had horror incarnations other than Agatha. Other than Agatha Harkness, she's not a member of this particular group, but we'll get to her eventually, I think when we're talking street level kind of shit.
Anyway, if we're talking horror incarnations, HP, let's talk about Blade for a little while. Let's talk Blade one, two, and three m just in a kind of a nutshell. What're your experience with those movies and what do you think of them? It was the law of diminishing returns. I love the first one.
The first one still holds up really really well. And we've said this about a lot of different characters and movies. But I believe that it really it helped set the tone or pave the way for comic book movies in general from that point on, because there was nothing going on comic book wise, and Blade, here comes Blade. I'm sure it was probably made that particular character because he wasn't an A list character, so it was probably something that Marvel felt comfortable giving the rights for and allowing them to make it. But boy, it was.
It's fantastic Wesley Snipes. It was almost a role that he was kind of born to play, don't you think. Absolutely. Before then he had just bounced around in supporting roles mainly, and whatever action leads he had had were Passenger fifty seven like they were popular for about two seconds, but really didn't leave a mark on anything. It wasn't until he got Blade that everyone was like, Oh, motherfucking Wesley Snipes is the baddest motherfucker on the earth.
It was so cool because he knew whatever that martial art that he practices that I think Wesley Snipes did that in real life. That was his thing. So the first couple are great. I think they're fantastic. The third one is not very good.
The wheels kind of came off, and I think the wheels kind of came off for Wesley Snipes himself because you read all these crazy things about how he wouldn't listen to the rector. There was a remember there was a scene where he had to be on like a mortuary slab or something, and he refused to open his eyes for the scene, so they had to cg his eyes open, I mean just and then I think he went to He probably went to prison sometime around there too, for the tax evasion or whatever it was that he that he did, so kind of. He communicated with the director via post it notes. Yeah, that's right, So he was kind of off the rails a little bit in the movie consequently followed. But well, Cole, you.
Know what I will say about Blade three, whatever diva behavior was going on from Wesley Snipes behind the scenes, I don't think affected how that fucking story was written or how it was filmed, which was awful. In both cases, that's a bad movie, and Blade one is awesome. Blade two, again, you were right when you said love Diminishing returns. Blay two looks much better in my opinion than Blade one. It's a much more stylish film and really makes you feel like you're now in the vampire world.
And I loved the plot of the vampires having a predator and them having to bend together with Blade. That's great fucking comic book shit right there. I don't think the movie holds together. I don't think I cared about any of the characters in it, but except Blade obviously, and I hate what about. The first one?
Do you think the first one holds up? Though? Yes? Oh absolutely. I like in Busha E.
Wright Deacon Frost. What a great fucking villain, a little petulant fucking vampire like wanna be the King. But the worst deleted scene I've ever seen. Hey, Blade, I'm gonna go fuck the world in the ass here in a moment, I'm blood Look at me, I'm all bloody, so weird. That proved to me that deleted scenes are deleted for a good reason most of the time.
Now, another member of the Midnight Sense I mentioned him is Hannibal King, who we actually meet in Blade Trinity, Blade three, Blade Trinity, and he was played by Ryan Reynolds. We just can't get enough of in the motherfucking MCU. He's just got to play everybody, I guess just like he needs to be the writer and director of everything his wife is in. But you got to give him credit for his perseverance because he was always knocking on the door of a comic book movie, trying to get in, trying to be Deadpool, trying to do Green Lantern, all of this stuff. Nothing stuck until Deadpool, So I give him credit for that.
Hannibal King's of vampire, by the way, in the books turned by Deacon Frost, who he spent his entire career hunting down and trying to kill, could have been an interesting foil for him in that Blade Trinity movie. Another vampire ally. The other one is Frank Drake. He was the other night Stalker in the Blade coterie of characters in the comic books, and Frank Drake is a descendant of Van Helsing and was in the comics then, So we saw a lot of him now you and I HP I'm gonna put a link to it. Doctor Strange.
He's a member of the fucking Midnight Sons. He's been a leader of the Midnight Suns Wong as well. We discussed them at length in our Doctor Strange episode. So I'm gonna just We're gonna skip over him. But you can find all of those in the Doctor Strange NOTx Strange, Multiverse of Madness and whatever.
But here's another member else a Bloodstone HP. Do you have much experience with ELSA Bloodstone zero. I like the group Bloodstone, the Soul group from the seventies, but I don't think it has anything to do with your character. No, not at all. Also, Bloodstone is actually a relatively new character.
She wasn't. She didn't make an appearance until the early two thousands. And she is the daughter of Ulysses Bloodstone. You know the Ulysses Bloodstone is. I certainly don't.
I think. I feel like sometimes you're making up these names just to make me laugh. Ulysses Bloodstone was one of the original vampire hunters hunting down Dracula in Tomb of Dracula, where Blade was also birthed as a character. So so also he has he has another he has a child, and he has a boy as well. Bloodstone is real.
I should make up some characters here, just fucking this. Is thinking like u Kaya Bloodstone and Jedediah Bloodstone. How many more names can you come up with? This is just any old time name mixed or something that sort of cuckoo sounding. But take my word for it.
That's why I'm sitting here, which. Is the laughter episode of Von Doomfest is an elaborate prank on HB. I just make up smartle horror characters for a half of that hour. Yeah, when they went up against Mother Goose, but it was the actual spirit of Mother Goose. Who's really I'd be like, yeah, yeah, yeah, because I don't know.
I haven't read some of these books. Okay, anyhow, Okay, I bring up Elsa Blinston because she is now a member of the MCU. She made her appearance just a couple of years ago in Whrewolf by Night? The television special Werewolf by Night? Did you see that?
HB? I loved it. You didn't like it? Though? No, I didn't like the black and white version.
I love the color version. Ah, I've never actually seen the color version. Oh my god. Okay, look, folks on the Patreon channel eventually, and on Paul Waller's one where we did an episode about Wherewolf by Night. We just recorded it the other day, so it's fresh in my memory.
And Paul had also only watched the black and white one, and I could have strangled him, and I will strangle all of you. If you did not like Werewolf by Night and have only seen the black and white one, watch the color version. It was shot in color. Once you start, once you see it in color, you will realize everything was chosen stylistically and made to be a beautiful little horror movie. And then some fucking idiot went, oh, let's jump on that blood and chrome.
Fucking here's fucking Justice League in black and white. Let's put everything out in black and white, even though it wasn't even composed for that palette. I don't understand it. I get that the title card was reminiscent of nineteen thirty's Horror, But for fuck's sake, it's available in color. Just watch it as it was meant to be seen.
I will. But yet I enjoyed it in black and white. I think I saw it on Halloween that year. You did, and we all saw it on Halloween that year. Yeah, it was good anyway either way, I really liked Where Wolf by Night.
I enjoyed it. Well, then you're you're a fan of another member of the Midnight sence we're talking about Where Wolf fy Night himself. Jack Russell is his name. It's not a pun. He doesn't turned into a little tiny dog.
It's very smart. It's a total coincidence that that character was named Jack Russell. I think that was the lead singer of Great White Too. I think his name was Jack Russell as well. We're just gonna keep running into heavy metal bands.
So if we're talking about the Bloodstones, the Bloodstone family anyway, so you have seen Ulyssi's bloodstone. That was his corpse that they wound up. Elsa Bloodstone is his daughter who had to try and get the bloodstone itself. Oh that's the character. Okay, now I'm caught up.
Now, I got you now. Originally conceived in the comic, she was a little shockingly like most women, she was hyper sexualized, and I thought they Michael Jacchino made every great choice and just made her a badass and cool and everything I liked about her so great that Laura Donnelly I believe was the actors who played her fantastic Where will by Night? What do you think about that guy, Jack Russell, That's what we're talking about now, It's cool, Sea Burnell, I believe it was the actor planning. Yeah, I thought he was he's fantastic in that. And yeah, look I don't I can't pretend to know a lot about the horror side of Marvel comics.
I have a little passing knowledge of some these books, Dracula's appearances in Marvel over the years. But like I said, you could do a lot worse than the catch up with Werewolf by. Night, speaking of another member of the Midnight Suns was also featured in it, and also in the MCU to how Folks Man Thing, which you think a. Man I love man Thing. His appearance was a surprise to me and Werewolf by Night when he and the Great Thing was not only was he in it, but they didn't they actually gave us the actual man Thing from the comic in appearance.
He was the man Thing that I remember seeing periodically in Marvel comics in the seventies. Look great, I should mention there. Actually this is his second appearance on screen. There was a man Thing movie made in two thousand and five. Maybe Man Thing movie?
Would Roger Corman make it? Basically you seriously, Yeah, it's a Native American legend and Ted Sallis gets get the whammy on him by a seminal chief and he becomes the man thing, which is not how man thing becomes man thing. Ted Ted everybody. His name is Ted obviously, but his name is Ted Salas. He used to be a guy.
It's basically swamp Thing is how man thing becomes man thing. But he doesn't. He doesn't speak though. Not at all. He growls and grunts and drinks cappuccina.
By the way, did you see who the director of that man Thing movie was? Tell me Brett Leonard? Remember him? Brett Leonard, lawnmower Man. Oh, Brett Leonard, mister, Yeah, Computer CGI and its infancy will save us.
Yeah, all right. He did that movie with the Russell Crowe, right, the virtuosity, Virtuosity. That was pretty good movie. Actually, yeah, I think we might have seen that, you and I. No, we didn't see that together.
I was in Los Angeles. Oh it was ninety five. You're right, You're right. I did see it in the theater, but I guess I didn't see it with you. He was also a performer in Killer Clowns from Out of Space.
Brett Leonard, I propos nothing everybody. He directed a Peter Gabriel music video, not Sledgehammer though, nothing good. One, all right, ready. He was a leader of the Midnight Suns. I don't think you've seen it.
Morbius the Living Vampire. Did not see the movie. I kind of want to. Now that all the sort of memes and everything is long since past. There was a while where it was it was getting a right kicking.
I remember they re released the movie because they thought everyone was like, really enjoying the movie. Thought they thought that that was a popularity thing that was going on, and that it wasn't everyone mercilessly mocking the film. Oh no, yeah, they re released it. That was nuts. Man Morbius was supposed to make his first appearance in the MCU, not technically the MCU at the time.
In the at the end of Blade, there's a deleted scene where and Bushy Wright and Wesley Snipes come out into the daylight and they look around and everything is barren, and on a standing on another roof is a shadowed figure and he runs off and then that's what over the next Great Adventurers. Not supposed to be Morbius. Nevertheless, anyone we got, Oh boy, we got doctor Michael Morbius played by Jared Leto, everyone's favorite. Actor, everyone's favorite. We can't get enough of him for some reason.
We're really trying, and yet he just keeps popping up. It's something I'll say that it's it's everything, you know what it feels like. It is. It's a heavily edited and reshot and you could tell there was no path that anyone believed in because there are characters in it who should turn into other things that are set up to do things late in the movie that never happened. There are the villain is fucking the villain is doctor who Matt Smith, who's actually really good in it.
Yeah, it's just that everything is letting him down, including Jared Ledo, including all of the not all of the supporting cast, because Jared Harris is in it for two minutes and he's really good. But oh boy, it's just so typical of what was going on at Columbia. It's so to me that that story, and we've heard it many many times, it's so discouraging because so much time and effort and money go into making even the most trivial movies. But that's just so at the end of the day, how could anyone in that situation be proud of what they did? My guess is they were all They all just kind of stitched it together as best they could, the director and the editor and so forth, And they must have known that they had something that was incomplete or not didn't represent their best intentions.
But it just must be so discouraging as a filmmaker to put that out there knowing that you're going to take a beating because of how crappy it is. It also included a mid credits scene where Adrian Tombs is transported into the Morbius universe and oh the Vulture yes, and then approaches Michael Morbius. They should team up and fight Spider Man. Wishful thinking, I guess. I kind of hope Morbius does show up in the MCU and maybe in Battle World.
There's no way it would never be Jared Letto. First of all. They just they would not want to take on that kind of notorious figure because he is notorious. There's a reason why the Masters of the Universe. They look, here's the thing, it's a side note here.
I just watched Masters of the University the other day, and to be perfectly honest, the best thing about it was Skeletor, and the best thing about Skeletor was Jared Leto's performance. He was fantastic as Skeletor. I loved him in this, but he didn't do They didn't have him doing a single lick of promotion for that movie, and I think it's just because they can't afford to take on that baggage of what he represents. So how do you bring him into Secret Wars for them alone? You just have a scene where he's in Secret Wars.
Just like waving Hey, it's Morbius. May have him in one of the battles. He just shows up with the rest of these midnight Suns and they're fucking they're doing so you mean, oh yeah, no, not at all, not at all. Okay, I'm wishfully thinking that's the only version of him we get, and we get him very briefly, and then once Battle World is over then we can probably get a recast and maybe get a decent one. So he's like Evangeline Lily in Endgame, where she just kind of pops in kicks some ass, but you don't really dig into her character at all in that movie.
Right, and then once Doom is defeated and everything is reset, then we don't have to have him anywhere. He just goes right down to the dream. I'm telling you, Battle World is a secret Wars is a fucking great idea, just to clean house totally. Yeah, if they stick to their guns. I know this is a little off topic, but that's the the whole point of it.
This is a reset. This is their crisis on Infinite Earth's moment where they're going to reset the universe and set a path forward. I don't know if they have the guts to actually do that. We get anyway, we're getting off topic. Oh, we're still on topic.
But there's only one other member of the Midnights on two's had any MCU screen time, and that is you mentioned him last, and I'm mentioning him last again. Now that's Moonnight. Have you watched the Moonnight series. I did not watch the complete series. I watched a little bit here and there.
I got very jaded with the output on Disney Plus for both Marvel and Star Wars properties, and I think I was just sort of burned out at that point. I don't have anything against the character or any of the actors or any of that kind of stuff, but it just didn't really thrill me. Father blalone. I loved it. I'm gonna watch it again right now now.
I really did enjoy it. I thought it was a I thought it was one of their superior television series. But I do recall what you were saying, which is, at that time, it just seemed to me that there were tons of MCU series of varying quality, all over long and all kind of mediocre. Just here's more of the same for you guys. You liked this stuff, right, Yeah, And I think she Hulk got lost in that mix, because I think that's a fucking really good too.
Really, I love that. I love she Hulk. I actually I'm one of the few who enjoyed The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. I know it was long and it was not the best representation of that plot, but I enjoyed it. I liked it.
Yeah. Plus I liked Loki. The last season of Loki was amazing. Absolutely No, there are good series and then there's I. Think it was maybe it was unfairly judged against.
I think maybe I had just seen one of the Star Wars TV shows, but it might have been like the It might have been the last season of The Mandalorian where they kind of gave up at the end and brought Boba Fete back. I just was so jaded about the whole Disney Plus experience that maybe I didn't give Moonnight a fair shake. Yeah, you got to give give it another try, because by the end, when when Conchi was a fucking giant, like hovering over the Pyramids, it's pretty fucking great. Actually, and Moon I have multiple personality hero Mark Spector, Stephen Grant, Jake Lockley. That's all Moonnight, Oscar Isaac.
He had his twin, he had his twin brother working on set so that they could do a lot of the double stuff. Absolutely I did. I had no idea that that was. That's interesting, that's great. Yeah, and there's a lot of visually fucking fantastic stuff in that show.
I do recommend everyone see it. And I'm sorely missing the presence of Moonnight in the MCU sense, honestly, because look, hopefully Doom is breaking everything open. As far as the magic we've had it Scarlett Witch. Yes, we've had Agatha, yes, with vaguely defined powers. They all kind of do something, but not enough.
And hopefully now Moonnight is a little more understandable. Once we're going to have doom magicing all over the place. So let's get him back on the fucking board. For Christ's sake. I want Moonnight on my side in any battle.
It's a great look. It is a great look, man, It's one of the coolest. He's like a fucking he's like a superhero mummy. You gotta love that. It's a good description.
He's got a cape and he wears it well anyway, So I guess that's mainly the Midnight sense that nobody's come forth and had doctor Voodoo on screen yet. I mean, Iron Fist we mentioned him, but I don't want to talk about Iron Fist because his MCU output was one of the horrible ones we're talking about. That Defender series was garbage. It was like, well, we're just gonna put him together. That's enough for you guys, right, We're gonna throw st to Gurney Weaver in there and degrade her.
It's a shame because I liked the character. I liked Luke Cage hero for High Heroes for hire. With iron Fist, I thought it was like a like a gritty seventies style story in a comic book. At that time. I thought it was great so they really screwed up Iron Fist.
Oh the Hood. I mentioned him briefly at the beginning. He's the only other MCU character who's one of the members very briefly of the Midnight Suns, The Hood Parker Robbins, who's a super villain, and he was in iron Heart the series iron Heart, but it was one of those situations where he's a main character throughout the entire thing and you have no idea who he is, and at the last two seconds it's like, oh, he's supposed to be the Hood. Oh interesting, Okay, So well they were. They must have been.
They were setting it up for a future season that never came. Yeah, because that show just got dumped in the wake of Wakanda Forever and the Giant shakeups. And it's just they were supposed to have an Iron War's series that was announced a million years ago that never came to best. We should do a show about just all of the ones they fucking announced and then just quietly dropped, including Blade, which I've heard now was officially deceased at Marvel. The only chance we're going to get Blade is, as I said in Secret Wars, and if they do a Midnight Sun's movie.
I heard that too. There was a fig he was on a podcast recently and that basically he essentially said, look, I feel like such a failure because I was. I failed to follow through on the Blade movie with Maherschelah, and it was just that's I got the sense that that if you're going to pick out the biggest failure of his career so far, that was probably it because everything was right there, and they had put so much time and effort into all the pre production stuff and it never came together. There was a Blade TV show at one point. There was It's awful.
I have it on DVD. Yeah, who was Was it a guy from Onyx? Was he? Did he play Blade? Yeah?
Yeah, yeah. Yeah. It's the thing is the Blade universe kind of cries out. Look at all it's comic books. They all cry out for serialization.
But I will say the one thing that David Golier did bring to the sort of Blade universe are the different houses. So there's a hierarchy of vampires in his world, whereas Blade in the comics it's just you go find the vampires. It isn't like there's a giant society of them. So because he created those houses. That's kind of what that Blade series was.
It was the intrigue from house to house, which is great as an idea, but not as a low budget shot by the seat of our pants in probably Toronto or Vancouver television series that also needs a ton of visual effects and you can't really do any blood even though it's about vampires. So not a great idea or a good idea. But maybe before it's time. Oh, I want to bring up one more thing. Actually, just because it occurred to me.
One of the other MCU characters that has made his appearance who is a Midnight Son is Danny Ketch, the ghost Writer. If you watch ghost Writers Spirit of Vengeance, the little boy that he's protecting is Danny Ketch. Where they've remade his origin so that Danny is the son of Mephisto and supposed to be the next ghost Rider, right, or supposed to be the Antichrist or whatever the fuck he's supposed to be. I don't know why they included him, but they did, and there he is. So we've already had Danny Ketch once on screen.
What I was going to mention, Father Malone, is did you ever play the video game Marvel's Midnight Son I have not did it get released. It did. It was on Xbox, it was on PlayStation five. It was the only place it didn't show up, and I'm bummed because I would have played it was the Nintendo Switch. It was canceled because I don't think it was especially successful, but but it was from what I understand, it was a cool game.
It it was one of these tactical sort of turn based role playing games where you're in you're put into a particular location, like a warehouse. You have four heroes, let's say, and then you've got a bunch of villains and you've got to take each one in turn and say, well, this guy is going to go and shoot this guy, and this guy is going to play Overwatch on this other guy, and I'm gonna cast this whatever. It was one of them. But it had a deck building aspect. But what was cool about it was there was you really had.
It was that there was an emphasis on team building literally where you'd have in between battles, you all would go back to the abbey, which was like you're the headquarters for the Midnight Suns, and you could train, you could or you could just hang out and build up literally friendship points, meaning you could have Wolverine become buddy buddy with Magic or im Morbius or whoever. And the better you got along with your teammates, the stronger you would become. So it was a neat wrinkle to the whole thing where you had to spend this time. It was almost like the Sims right. You had to be that you had to have more affection for your teammates in order to become stronger.
It's kind of cool. What yeah, well, I mean no offense aged people. That sounds fucking terrible. What you say, there's a Midnight Sun's video game. I'm like, so cool.
You get to be Johnny Blaze riding on the motorcycle chaining people or grabbing them and giving them the penance. Theare no you have to make friends with Wolverine. Well, and also bear in mind that there were some liberties taken. Iron Man was in it, Spider Man, Captain America. It wasn't just all the people that are associated with Midnight Suns historically.
It was more of like a continuation of the Ultimate Alliance video game series, which this very much is in the same universe. As so, but it was. Having said that it was very well received, I don't think it sold many copies, which is why they canceled the Switch version. But it's worth checking out. You should check out some videos to see maybe if it's up your alley.
I'm probably going to because I noticed that Lilith is the is the villain in it, and they've got some cool people, including Frank Drake and Hannibal King, So yeah. I'll probably send it to Hulk Storm. Is Dracula in it? They released four downloadable content packs which followed the Midnight Suns as they fight against Dracula and his forces of vampires. So there, Okay, fine, I guess I'm gonna fucking play The Midnight Sun's video game.
He's in it. He's in Yeah, he's the DLC. There's a big Dracula component right on. Okay, fine, I'm sold. When are we gonna get Dracula in the MCU, the actual Dracula?
Won't that be fucking fantastic? Isn't somebody running the Marveled horror show? Let it be me. I'm volunteering my time. You don't even need to pay me.
Just let me run the marvel horror thing just for one year. I'll set it up. I'll set it up. I foresee no problems with that. Have you sign on?
Anyway? Until next time? HP? Who are we talking about next time? You tell me?
I chose we're. Talking about next week? All right? Well we still have yet to talk about four? All right, thoor it is next time on the Von Doomfest, we're gonna be talking about the Nordic god himself and his brother and his father and his sister.
Oh boy, we're gonna talk about his sister. Until next time? Where can people find you when they're looking for you? H P? I co host the Night Mister Walters Taxi podcast with Father Malone.
Of course, I also host the Noise Junkies music podcast, and I have a band cam site hpmusicplace dot bandcamp dot com. As for me, you're listening to the thing I do midnight viewing. We're on Mondays, we're on Fridays. There's a roundup, and then there's a fest like a Von Doomfest or a Tales of the Unexpected with Mike White. Occasionally Paul Waller drops by.
Go to the Patreon page Patreon dot com, slash follow alone and check all the show notes for all the previous episodes that we mentioned that you can hear us wax on more about these here Midnight Suns, and write in and let us know who your favorite Midnight Sun might be and if you want us to go further in depth on them, because I would love to because all I want to talk about is Marvel Horror. Anyway, until next time, everybody, try to enjoy the daylight.
